  • The appartment is located in a quiet area with an enchanting view. Corsica, the Isle of Lavezzi, Spargi and Budelli will fascinate you every time you'll look at the surrounding see.
    The house is composed by 4 rooms: a spacious living room (with satellite TV and DVD player), a sofa bed, an american styled kitchen, furnished with a wide cooker and a large oven, microwave, dishwasher and large fridge/freezer. An en suite double bedroom, with a double sink, a wide shower and a washing machine. An other double bedroom with an additonal single bed. A small double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Air conditioned hot/cold. A veranda and gardin with an equipped barbecue. Private car parking. All the sanitary and all household appliances are of good quality. Mattresses and pillows are of pure latex, nypoallergenic and anatomical, ensuring you an excellent rest. The appartment is even sutable for 2 families as there are two bathrooms.

Good location Beautiful views

We enjoyed staying at the property. GIGI was very helpful to provide information regarding local restaurants and although we didn’t speak each other’s language we were able to communicate through the translation on the VRBO app.

Superbe séjour face à L’archipel de la Maddalena

La vue depuis la terrasse de la villa est à couper le souffle avec vue mer sur l’archipel de la la maddalena, les îles lavezzi et la Corse ! La maison est propre et bien équipée et notre hôte Gigi est une personne d’une gentillesse incroyable.

magnifique séjour !

Un grand MERCI à Gigi pour son accueil, sa disponibilité, sa gentillesse, ses conseils, sa réactivité, son aide... Nous avons adoré notre séjour : la maison, l'environnement, la vue sur mer, le calme... l'excursion en bateau organisée par Gigi a été la plus belle journée de notre séjour. Grande Gigi

Gigi è sempre disponibile e persona di rara gentilezza. L'appartamento è pulitissimo ed è dotato di tutti i servizi che ci occorrevano, compresi il forno, la lavastoviglie e due docce (una molto grande e comoda). Dalla veranda si gode dello splendido panorama del mare, in direzione nord, fino alle coste della Corsica. Il periodo trascorso nell'appartamento di Gigi è stato molto piacevole.

Erwartungen erfüllt!

Eine stilvoll eingerichtete Finca, etwa 5 - 10 Autominuten vom Strand entfernt mit toller Aussicht in Richtung Korsika. Die Finca hat eine große Küche und Veranda zum entspannen. Der Vermieter Gigi war sehr zuvorkommend und hat sich um alle unsere Anliegen gekümmert. Ein toller Kontakt und eine schöne Woche waren das Ergebnis! Gerne wieder 👍

Fijn appartement, prachtig uitzicht

Fijn appartement, rustige locatie, prachtig uitzicht. Jammer dat 1 slaapkamer geen raam heeft, er weinig schaduw in het zitgedeelte op het terras is en dat auto ( ivm hoge temperaturen) niet onder overkapping geparkeerd kan worden. Eigenaar spreekt geen Engels, communicatie via Google translate.

Bewertung Ferienwohnung in der Nähe von Pallau

Terrasse nur teilweise begehbar, Holzbelag gehört erneuert. Sonnensegel nicht wie am Bild vorhanden. Typische lieblose Ferienwohnung, Einrichtung spartanisch, aber das nötigste vorhanden. Ohne Auto komplett uninterresant, da weit weg von einem Ort und vom Strand. Für diesen Preis für vier Personen enttäuschend.

Ruhig gelegen, sehr sauber und perfekt ausgestattete Küche, um auch selbst zu kochen! Sehr bequeme Betten, Airconditioner in der Wohnung, was super war für die Nächte! Gigi ist ein sehr toller Gastgeber, hilfsbereit und kennt die Geheimtipps von Sardinien! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

This vacation apartment was an absolute dream! The apartment is beautiful, has a great kitchen and two nice bathrooms and everything worked perfectly regarding the organization with the owner; absolutely no problems.The highlight is the terrace with the breathtaking view of Porto Pollo. We were able to fully enjoy our time here and just relax.The owner is very kind and incredibly helpful, which made the stay even better. You feel comfortable right away.Conclusion: A perfect place for an unforgettable vacation! Absolutely recommended!------Questo appartamento vacanze è stato un sogno assoluto! L'appartamento è bellissimo, ha un'ottima cucina e due bei bagni, e tutto ha funzionato perfettamente per quanto riguarda l'organizzazione con il proprietario; zero problemi.Il punto forte è la terrazza con la vista mozzafiato su Porto Pollo. Qui abbiamo potuto goderci appieno il nostro tempo e rilassarci completamente.Il proprietario è molto gentile e incredibilmente disponibile, il che ha reso il soggiorno ancora migliore. Ci si sente subito a proprio agio.Conclusione: Un posto perfetto per una vacanza indimenticabile! Assolutamente consigliato!

Schöne, komfortable, sehr saubere, zweckmässig und gut eingerichtete Wohnung mit einigen schönen Details im Innenausbau. Gute Betten für 4+2 Personen (die 2 Personen in einem fensterlosen Raum). Grosse Terrasse mit sehr schönem Ausblick. Geringe Lärmimmissionen der nahe verlaufenden Hauptstrasse. Lage des Hauses insgesamt aber sehr angenehm, Strände, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und einige Restaurants innert weniger Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Sehr freundlicher Kontakt mit Gigi. Absolut empfehlenswert für 4 (-6) Personen, auch für Kinder geeignet.

Toller Ausgangspunkt für die Strände im Norden

Wir haben schöne Ferien mit Freunden bei Gigi Spada verbracht. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder. Dafür war die Wohnung passend und sehr zweckmäßig. Das kleine Zimmer hat keine Fenster, das war aber für die Kinder kein Problem. Wir haben jeden Tag tolle Ausflüge zu den wunderbaren Stränden in der Umgebung gemacht. Die Wohnung bietet dafür einen sehr guten Ausgangspunkt. Gigi ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Er ist für uns immer sehr gut erreichbar gewesen. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Vielen Dank, Gigi!

Tolle Wohnung, sehr freundlicher Gastgeber

Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment sehr wohl gefühlt in dieser sehr schönen Wohnung. Gigi ist ein sehr freundlicher, hilfsbereiter Gastgeber und reagiert immer sehr schnell bei Fragen. Kommunikation klappte dank Google-Übersetzer prima. Gerne wieder!

Traumhafter Urlaub

Wir haben den Urlaub in dieser sehr schönen und zweckmäßigen Unterkunft genossen. Es hat für unsere Zwecke an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist sehr gut für Ausflüge zum Capo Testa oder das Madallena-Archipel. Sehr schöne Strände in der näheren Umgebung. Für Kite- oder Windsurfer (sind wir nicht) ein besonders zu empfehlender Ort. Der Vermieter Gigi hat sich toll um uns gekümmert und sich oft nach uns erkundigt, war dabei aber niemals aufdringlich, aber sehr hilfsbereit. Danke Gigi! Wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen!

Fantastische Urlaubstage!

Wir waren mit Freunden bei Gigi Spada. Insgesamt 4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder. Es hat alles gepasst. Das Haus liegt ruhig gelegen mit wunderschönem Blick auf La Maddalena. Gigi war ein sehr guter Vermieter. Er hat uns klasse Tips für gute Restaurants und schöne Badebuchten gegeben. Die Bootsfahrt mit ihm wird für uns ein unvergessliches Erlebnis bleiben. Wir waren mit 2 Autos und 8 Fahrrädern unterwegs und haben zahlreiche Ausflüge unternommen. Die Unterkunft verfügt über eine fantastische Terrasse und eine große Wohnküche. Für 8 Personen Absolut ausreichend. Uns hat es bei Gigi Spada sehr gut gefallen!

Ruhige und schöne Unterkunft

Sehr netter Gastgeber. Toller Ausblick und ruhige Unterkunft. Zum Strand sind es ca. 5min mit dem Auto. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen (Capo Testa, Palau, Isola Maddalena, Capo d'Orso).

Fantastic times in Capannaccia

We had a wonderful time in Gigi's beautiful apartment. The house is very clean and the view is great. Gigi is a very generous and pleasant host. We regret that we cannot speak italian to get into a better conversation with him. We will come back again!!

Ottimo soggiorno

La casa di Gigi è un po 'elevata vicino alla costa. Dalla terrazza si gode una vista meravigliosa sull'arcipelago della Maddalena. La casa è molto ben progettata e ha tutto il necessario per una vacanza rilassante. Abbiamo trascorso due settimane meravigliose in Sardegna con molti momenti indimenticabili. Gigi, grazie mille per tutto - torneremo volentieri!

Spacious and comfortable Porto Pollo Apartment

Great location and good contact with owner.. Kitchen living area light and airy with views of sea and great sunsets. Kitchen well equipped for self catering . Well appointed bathrooms, both with showers and bidet. Good air conditioning throughout and the Nespresso machine was a big hit! Lovely terrace with stunning views. Would highly recommend this property for easy access to many beautiful beaches.

Nice and relaxed flat!

Wir waren 10 Tage bei Gigi und haben es sehr genossen. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig etwas erhöht mit einem schönen Blick auf die Bucht von Porto Pollo. Gigi war immer sehr zuvorkommend. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Wonderful time !

We spent 13 nights at Gigi's house and we've had such a great time ! The house is simple, with enough space for 7 people, and from the window you have a wonderful view towards the Ocean (i think is Porto Pollo Beach). The location is perfekt to explore the beaches all around at Santa Teresa di Gallura, Porto Cervo and La Madalenna Island. Gigi was very kind to us and was always available to help and give Information. Sardegna is beautiful !! I sure recommend it !

Wir werden nochmal als Gäste buchen!

Unser Urlaub war traumhaft schön. Die Unterkunft haben wir,wie auf den Bildern dargestellt,so vorgefunden. Gigi ist ein gastfreundlicher, bemühter und engagierter Vermieter. Er hat für unsere Aufenthlt mit Baby das Appartment kinderfreundlich hergerichtet,sodass ein Babybett und ein Kinderstuhl zur Verfügung standen. Außerdem ist die Unterkunft sauber und gut ausgestattet. Wir werden Gigi auf jeden Fall noch einmal als Gäste besuchen!
