"Our stay was brief, one night, arrived at 9pm and left at 7.30 am. Room was a good size, private bathroom clean and pleasant. There is no reception so it's necessary to confirm an arrival time whereupon somebody will be on hand to let you in and show you around. Very helpful people run the place, I was in contact via WhatsApp a number of times pre arrival as we were delayed enough route. We got to Pisa unexpectedly late via Flixbus at 20:50 due to train strikes and the owner helped us to arrange...

"A real hidden gem! Palazza Della Bianca is amazingly comfortable and clean; simply breathtaking. Walkable to the Leaning Tower, many restaurants, and souvenir shops. Owner, Ivanka, was extremely friendly and helpful as we needed to arrange transportation back to the train station at the end of our visit. Highly recommend this hotel!!"

"The room we had was a little on the small side but we were only there for one night and it was fine. It was very clean. There was a nice quiet garden to sit in. "The property is in a great location near the Duomo and leaning tower of Pisa. The terrace has a great view of the buildings and also has a very good restaurant. The rooms and hotel felt tired and since we went to the hotel in the first week of May, the air conditioning was not available. The room was warm even with the window open . The bed and pillows were just ok. Breakfast was very good. Large selection of food choices."

"Clean and spacious as advertised. Location is abit far from the leaning tower, 20+ minutes walk and you need to go through a traffic tunnel. Our pre checkin communications were apparently handled by AI so it was a bit repetitive. But all in all, it was good value for the money. "
