Renovated studio with a large terrace — 5 min. from the beach, Morro Jable

A fully renovated 45 m² studio on Avenida del Saladar in Morro Jable, on the Jandía Peninsula in the south of Fuerteventura. The entire space is on one level, with not a single step inside the apartment, and the centerpiece is the very large terrace with an awning: big enough to enjoy breakfast, work, and wind down in the evening.

THE APARTMENT
Everything is new and unused. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, and an Italian espresso maker. We provide bed linens, towels, dishes, and all kitchen supplies upon request—all you need to do is pack your suitcase.

The sleeping area is located behind an industrial-style glass partition: secluded enough to sleep peacefully, yet open enough to let light flow throughout the entire apartment. Bed: 1.40 x 2.00 m and built-in closet; next to it, a sofa and TV. The ceilings are 2.72 m high; air conditioning and ceiling fans keep the apartment cool even in the height of summer. Wi-Fi with 300 Mbit/s via fiber optics, making it suitable for working as well.

THE LOCATION
A supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, and restaurants are located down on Avenida del Saladar. A five-minute walk takes you to Playa del Matorral: a kilometer-long sandy beach, with the lighthouse and the Saladar Nature Reserve right next door. Quiet, slightly elevated location with plenty of natural light.

The apartment is particularly well-suited for extended stays. Discounted monthly rates apply for stays of 3 to 6 months and 7 to 12 months—just ask.
