This return visit to our favourite area of Costa Calma did not disappoint. The apartment has everything we need - in particular, a washing machine and place to dry outside with pegs, a comfortable bed and sofa, a sunny outdoor space with a table for breakfast, a brush and dustpan for trying to sweep up sand. It is a beautiful complex with amazing plants that are well looked after, close to the beach and also to the supermarket and cafe, and to a few restaurants for the evening.

Nach einem herzlichen Empfang begrüßt die Wohnung mit einer großen Sonnenterrasse. Alles, was man für den Alltag braucht, ist vorhanden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ob selber kochen oder bekocht werden. Den Sonnenaufgang und das Meer direkt vor der Tür zu haben, ist großes Glück.

A lovely apartment In a perfect location. Supermarket restaurants, all within easy, walking distance. The only thing we missed at the apartment was a freezer (nowhere to keep the ice for our gin). Beds were comfortable, the kitchen had all utensils, mugs, plates tea towels etc. Literally a few mins walk to the beautiful beach. Javier was a perfect host, no problems at all. We will definitely visit again.

Fab holiday. We loved being so close to cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and beaches. The walk to the beach through the grounds is very beautiful and well looked after by the gardeners. The flat is comfortable and had everything we needed. We did miss having a key box as we don't like taking the key to the beach. We especially appreciated the safe and the sofa and the private outdoor area, and the washing machine. There were good facilities for cooking and eating in too. Javier is a fab host, friendly and responds fast to any queries.

Ferienwohnung für Zwei oder Drei

Top Lage der Ferienwohnung, nur ein paar Meter vom SPAR Supermarkt entfernt ist ein echter Pluspunkt, aber auch die Lage direkt an der Durchgangsstraße muss man beachten. Dies hat einerseits den Vorteil, schnell etwas einkaufen zu können, aber auch den Nachteil, dass man morgens zwischen 4 Uhr und 5 Uhr von den Geräuschen der Müllabfuhr geweckt wird. Die Ferienwohnung selbst ist eine gut eingerichtete und wohnlich hergerichtete Durchschnitts-Ferienwohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern für 3 Personen und einer schönen großen Terrasse. Die Kücheneinrichtung war komplett und benutzbar. Putzzeug, Staubsauger, Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett waren vorhanden. Der Duschablauf ist äußerst träge und die vorhandene Waschmaschine macht ordentlich Krach. Leider hatten wir das Pech, dass in der darüber liegenden Wohnung fast jeden Tag bis in den späten Abend hinein gebohrt und gehämmert wurde. Ganztägig waren stets rhythmische Schleifgeräusche von oben zu hören. Durch Krankheit waren wir eine Woche fest an die Wohnung gebunden und in dieser Zeit wurden unsere Geduld und unsere Nerven bis an die Belastungsgrenze durch die Arbeitsgeräusche getrieben. Zu erwähnen ist noch, dass die Verwalter jederzeit telefonisch erreichbar waren und uns das ein oder andere mal sehr gut und schnell geholfen haben. Durch die Wohnanlage hindurch ist man in 5 min unten am Strand. Der Weg ist teils sehr abschüssig.

Super Aufenthalt! Hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Man wurde beim Check-in persönlich empfangen und das fand ich super, die Sauberkeit und die Kommunikation waren auch einfach super, man hat auf seine Fragen auch direkt eine super Antwort bekommen! Die Lage am Strand und direkt neben einem Supermarkt fand ich auch super. Sehr schöne Wohnung! Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen

Die Wohnung ist super schön und sehr gut (direkt neben dem Spar und ganz nah am Meer) Die Kommunikation war auch top und F.Javier hat immer schnell geantwortet und uns bei Problemen weitergeholfen. Wir haben uns dort wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt und würden beim nächsten Aufenthalt in Costa Calma definitiv wieder diese Wohnung buchen!

This place is perfect for a stay in Costa Calma. The location is great. It’s literally a 5 minute walk to the beach, it’s also very central for Costa Calma. There’s lots of restaurants, shops and life around but in the flat itself it’s quiet.Javier’s place is very clean, cosy and comfortable. I? would 100% recommend a stay here.
