"The location was great! We even walked back from shopping on 5th ave to the hotel. The room was small but it was fine as we were in and out. All linens were Frette, bed was super comfortable, and the shower was hot! We were on the 9th floor so we didn’t hear any street noises. Breakfast was grab and go but there was a hot option and there was space in the cafe if you wanted to sit and eat there. It was a perfect stay for the weekend!"

"I got there really early for check in, the front desk told to give her my number so that when my room was ready she would give me a call. I waited about 3 hours and saw people checking in and giving their key pad that’s when I went to the front desk to see what’s going on.. long story short they just forgot about me which is sad because I actually enjoyed my stay…"

"I had an amazing check-in experience with Crystal. We were able to check in right away with no issues at all. The staff was very welcoming every time we entered and left the hotel. Our rooms were nice and clean. They ask you if you would like to have room service every day or every other day. The Wi-Fi is good. This is close to a lot of locations and train stations so it was very easy to get around there is a 24 hour ping-pong place right next-door which was super fun. There is Starbucks...
