The apartment, completely renovated and newly furnished, is ideal for those who want to enjoy a stay in a quiet, elegant, and exclusive setting while still being close to all the points of interest in the famous city of Padua.
Our apartment, fully equipped with all appliances and featuring a simple yet modern design, will be the perfect place to spend some of your time in wonderful Padua.

The apartment features a double bedroom, a living room with a table and chairs where you can enjoy your meals, and a comfortable sofa bed in front of which you’ll find a 43-inch Smart TV for a quiet evening watching your favorite shows; this beautiful two-room apartment on the third floor, featuring exposed white wooden beams, also includes a kitchen equipped with appliances such as a dishwasher, toaster, kettle, Nespresso machine, microwave, washing machine, etc.

In the bathroom, complete with toilet, sink, and shower, you’ll find a welcome kit (shampoo, shower gel, and body lotion) and towels of various sizes.

The apartment is meticulously maintained, equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and heating. Although it’s located right in the city center, the apartment has soundproof windows that allow you to enjoy peace and relaxation by completely blocking out outside noise.

You’ll find a centralized VMC ventilation system—a forced-air recirculation system with room humidity control and air sanitization that eliminates up to 99% of bacteria and viruses in the air.

Outside, you’ll find a pleasant patio with sofas, armchairs, and coffee tables, where you can enjoy time with friends and family outdoors, relax, and/or work on your computer.
The property also features a laundry room on Level -1: a washing machine and dryer will be at your disposal so you can wash and hang your clothes conveniently in a space dedicated solely to this purpose.

Guest Access
The apartment is located on the third and top floor of the building, easily accessible by elevator or via the building’s stairs.

The entrance to the building is located at Via del Santo 121.

Directions to the location will be provided after booking, along with information regarding arrival and check-in.

Other things to keep in mind
The exterior door to the property is electronic; simply enter the code provided and wait for it to open.

Please be careful not to push the door after entering the code, as it will open and close automatically.
