"This house is close to the beach. It’s well stocked for cooking. Market is right around the corner, if you need something. I like the fact that their furniture is leather, their living room has a nice set up, we ended up watching a movie most nights before bedtime. Cozy house, would stay here again."

"Loved this property. Comfy beds. It was a plus to have 1.5 bathrooms. The garage was an extra plus. The location was perfect. Short stroll to the beach and steps to shops, restaurants and Saturday market. I highly recommend staying at Ospreys Perch."

"Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in and check-out incredibly easy. The location was perfect, quiet, convenient, and close to everything we wanted to do.You can really tell the host takes pride in providing a great experience. "We were extremely disappointed with this property. Upon arrival, we found the hot tub in an unsanitary condition — visibly dirty and unmaintained. We were so repulsed that we chose to leave immediately rather than stay.Beyond that, the listing doesn’t disclose that the property sits right next to pickleball courts, which brought a steady stream of noise — not what we expected for a relaxing getaway. On top of that, the home’s HVAC system struggled to maintain a consistent temperature, adding to...

"The Perfect Wave was a wonderful beach cabin located in the Seabrook community. It was the perfect size for two people. It was a nice short walk to the market, coffee shops, restaurants, and other shopping. Just a little bit further was access to the beach and the Pacific Ocean. We loved our stay!"

"It is listed as having 4 bedrooms when in fact there are only 3. A king master on the upper floor (if there were murphy beds I didn't see them) On the 1st floor a queen room, and a room with a double bed and 2 bunk beds. I noticed 2 twin rollaways in a closet but no sofa bed in the living room. There is futon in the game room which would make an iffy bed (and not sure where the bedding would have been). The games in the game room were great! We were there for the 4th of July and were able to...

"We loved how pet friendly this property was. The host provided dog bowls, dog blankets and a great space outside for them to roam free. The view of the forest behind the house had a very peaceful feeling to it - especially in the morning when the birds were singing. The house was nice and tidy; plenty of pillows, blankets and towels. Would absolutely recommend."

"The property is beautiful with a convenient location adjacent to the state park, walkable to the beach. There is a large security deposit that is charged to your credit or debit card that is not described in the description or “total cost” section on Expedia and did not show up except on my credit statement. It is now over a week after check out and the amount still has not been returned. I had never had a property with this policy and so I was a little taken aback.
It was a great stay and my...
