No hot water, until we mentioned it. Room very small,very basic amenities. Room could do with refurbishment. Bathroom very basic.

I think it’s a lovely setting but rooms were very out dated , we had a twin room next to extractor fan so very noisy. The window would only open a tiny bit so in this heat was very stuffy! The room only had one plug socket and the tiniest tv high up on the wall .
The breakfast was great lots of choice and good coffee.
Just think it could be a gem just needs some updating .
