"Very clean and up to date room, easy parking, near a lot of restaurants & conveniences. Breakfast was hot and ready early with a variety of options. Rooms on the side facing the patio get a lot of possibly-drunken yelling/noise from the patio below late into the night. The AC hum & earbuds covered it up for most of the night for me, but something to note if you need silence. The vibe of the area around the property is kinda sketchy; had some weird encounters in the less than 20 minutes it takes...

Overall clean and comfortable, and pretty reasonable for a stay."

I checked in, the elevator wasn’t working so I walked through the stairwell which smelled like urine and cigarettes before getting to my room. It seemed more like a poorly maintained apartment building than a hotel. Bed was extremely uncomfortable and there were loud arguments going on throughout multiple surrounding rooms. "I was on a call and came down for breakfast just as they were shutting down at 10am. Your worker was so kind and accommodating to let me get breakfast."

"The water was interrupted for an hour. There was no monetary compensation. Also room was not cleaned after our first night and clean towels had to be asked for. We stayed 2 nights. We expected at least some clean towels after the first night. Asked for an extra blanket that was not given."

"On street parking was extremely accessible and the caretakers did a fantastic job of making sure we had a spot right out front. There are plenty of shops, restaurants and other tractions in a less than 5-minute walk."
