"It was proximate distance to the Holy Cross Hospital, where we had to arrive by 5:45am. Much easier than driving that morning from DC, leaving home by 4am. Convenience factor a huge plus. Just wish the breakfast access had been open a little earlier as by 6 am we had to be at the hospital. But I did at least get a cup of coffee."

"I had a really good stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. The hotel was clean, well-kept, and comfortable. One thing that stood out to me was that the room and common areas were cleaned well, which is always important when traveling. The staff was pleasant, and the overall experience was smooth and stress-free. The location was convenient for what I needed, and I felt comfortable throughout my stay. "Room was clean. The bathtub appeared to be newer, but there wasn't a rubber mat, nor anything stuck to the bottom of the tub to keep people from slipping, sliding and falling. I fell once while trying to bend over to get the soap for washing and then again while I was hanging onto the handicap bar and trying to turn around to get rinsed off. We put a towel on the tub floor to keep from slipping. I informed the front desk when I checked out."

"When asked about the Hilton bags to include water I was told it would be in the room if I was a member. When I arrived in the room there was no water available for honors members in room. The initial room assigned was infested with ants. As they crawled on the beds, up the walls, doors , and counters. The laundry dryer took money and did not work. The front desk took a long time to answers calls for assistance. Overall very poorly maintained and staff did not appear happy to assist."

"This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. Walking into the hotel it smelled terrible. Upon checking in I was told the elevator wasn’t working. This was a big inconvenience since I was traveling with children and we had to carry all of our bags up. The room smelled like cat pee. I had to find a Walmart to purchase cleaning supplies. All the lamps didn’t work and it was only one outlet in the room .I would not recommend stay at this location!!!!!"
