"The staff were brilliant and very helpful with everything we asked for. However, whilst in the bar there was a long wait to be served and guests were having to locate the bar assistant from other parts of the hotel. It may be advantageous to instruct a staff member to be present permamntly, especially when busy.
On the Saturday it was busy and the restaurant ran out of eight basic foods items' resulting in two options available. This was at 7.30pm. Please note we did very much enjoy our stay,...

"This hotel is wonderful! The rooms are cleaned every day, a kettle is in the room with an assortment of tea and coffee. Their breakfast is very nice, with juices, breads and pastries, fresh fruit, cereal and yogurt. A very attentive staff. It’s very easy to catch the bus into the city, and back. When we couldn’t get the heat to turn off, they were there immediately to fix it. On the last night, we tried to contact the staff to let them know we would be leaving very early, but they didn’t answer...

"The rooms was spotless, its a very old building but modern and decorated beautifully, the bathroom was so clean and the shower was nice and powerful. The man was really friendly and the building its self is just amazing, all 5 of us (3 kids ) were impressed. The beds are the comfiest weve ever slept on.
100% would recommend this place .

"Very clean and convenient. A little strange that I had to give my license plate number as they have a private park ing ticketing company given parking tickets out. I guess it's a way to make money off guest if they forget to punch in. Stayed in Hotels all over the world, but never seen this tourist trap before."

"After a long journey we were so pleased to stay at this B&B, we received a warm welcome, the building is beautiful with lovely views and our room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable.
Breakfast was continental only but very well thought out and the communal areas are a special bonus. Would stay here again without a doubt. Thank you."
