"Hotel was nice, but you could not get wifi on 4th floor. Anytime you needed you phone for wifi you had to go to the lobby. Instructions on using the app for everything was confusing. Otherwise, was nice."

"Overall everything was good except a big language barrier. No one can speak English and it was so hard to communicate. Younus was really helpful and he was speaking spanish but were trying hard to help us in little english. Then later he started communicating with us through whatsapp because he wanted to translate it in english and spanish easily. We were leaving early because to catchup a train so he packed breakfast for us. So nice of him. Riad was really good and pretty but little run down....

"Beautiful Riad across the street from Fes Medina. Amazing architectural features in the room and building including stained glass windows, and exquisite tiling, plaster and cedar. Our room opened onto a generous balcony overlooking a luxurious courtyard which had a great lounge area for reading and meditation. Sama, Hamid and team were very friendly and helpful. The views from the roof terrace are spectacular and the breakfasts served there were delicious. Thank you for a memorable stay."

"Beautiful Riad, high value for money. We slept in a beautiful room, the beds were nice so was all the amenities in the Riad, a very nice bathroom. Beautiful view over the city from the rooftop and a pool. We had a nice dinner there, as we had to leave early at 6.30 they packed our breakfast, the staff was so kind. High value for money can recommend. Only note is that the neighbourhood is less nice than the Arabic part of the medina."

"We stayed here in October. The staff were wonderful and the Riad is conveniently located near the blue gate. The traditional breakfast was 10/10. The WiFi doesn’t work well in the room, we were on the second floor maybe that’s why. We had a tour guide arranged by the Riad, I wouldn’t recommend bc he talked too much about other things and took too long."

"I had my riad changed to the Riad Mounana, owned and managed by the same folks, as they were doing some work on the Saphir Bleu, so I’ll describe my experience there, knowing it’s a sister property managed by the same people. I really enjoyed staying at this riad, which is located right in the heart of the Medina. The folks running it were very friendly and super helpful, going out of their way to be helpful, which I very much appreciated. They spoke good English, as well as French, and really...

"Excellent place, clean and beautiful, Ismael was wonderful with us. We also booked with him the desert for two nights. Highly recommend!"
