"The hotel stands in its own grounds just of the M20 junction. It is large hotel with three floors and long corridors. Checkin went ok and we were allocated a third floor room overlooking the old tennis court (now used a truck park). The room is a little dated but functional. The shower worked ok ..."

"When we arrived to check in the room was not ready. Turns out they were not even aware of our booking until we showed it to them.
