"The room was clean and spacious, with a good queen size bed. I asked for a quiet room, and the hotel made sure my request was fullfilled. Our KLM flight was at 10.15pm, and we wanted late check out at 6pm. Usually hotels in Ghana would charge a full night for such late check out, but the hotel gave us a very good offer. We are going to stay at this hotel next time we are in Accra. "

"First time staying here and it was great. These are apartment hotel rooms that come with microwave, stovetop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, and air conditioning. Very comfortable and clean. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful when we needed it. The nearest tro-tro stop is about a 3 minute walk from the hotel, and there are taxis driving by constantly. Oxford Street in Osu is maybe a 20 minute walk from the hotel, so very convenient. I would definitely stay here again. We felt safe...

"Uudehko pikkuhotelli turistien kannalta hyvällä paikalla Osussa. Lähellä oli paljon ravintoloita ja myös hyvä ruokakauppa. Hotellia ei ulkoa tunnistaisi hotelliksi, talo näyttää enemmän toimistolta ja oven päällä lukee "Ark Investments". Viestittely hotellin kanssa etukäteen sujui hyvin. Huoneeni oli siisti ja tilava. Nettiyhteys tosin pätki välillä pahastikin. Vaikka Hotels.com:ssa sanottiin, että aamiainen kuuluisi hintaan, niin ei kuulunut. Lähellä oli onneksi 24/7 auki oleva ravintola....

"No nos gustó q cobraran el hotel por todo.ej.,El pick-up del aeropuerto es gratis,el drop-off se cobra 20 dolares US. El coste de un taxi normal es 200 cedis por ese trayecto(10€ aprox.) y Uber 25 cedis. Nos parece q tanto el pick up y el drop off deben ser de cortesía. La habitación bien..caro por lo que es. Quedamos dos veces en el hotel y ambas veces tuvimos q pedir la 2da toalla ya que éramos dos ocupantes no uno. La habitación tranquila,se descansa bien. La cafetería básica y no tenían todo...

"I went mid week and had a pleasant stay while it is quiet. The hotel is in pretty good condition, when I arrived they were even installing new TVs. It is clean and well maintained, a very good standard for a 3star hotel in Ghana. The food at the beach restaurant was my favourite, try the calamari and fried rice, very tasty. Also nice to have breakfast, hotels.com didnt let me know it was included it was also good. Staff very helpful even though it is quiet during the week"

"El check in tardó mucho tiempo, alrededor de 45 minutos, hubo confusión entre la propiedad y el anfitrión. El aire acondicionado del estar comedor no enfriaba, nosotros hicimos el reclamo pero no tuvimos respuesta. La descarga del WC del dormitorio principal defectuosa. La comunicación en general muy poco fluida. Todo lo demás bien, las instalaciones son modernas y de buen nivel. "
