I wasn't able to get a shuttle from the airport. My initial booking was confirmed and I responded with the itinerary, but I didn't get a reply until 5 minutes before I arrived at the hotel. I was quite disappointed by this, seeing that I responded 3 days before my arrival. In fairness I had sent the hotel itinerary by mistake, but if someone had replied in a timely manner this would've been resolved before I had to pay my own way from the airport to the hotel. My room was clean, the staff was great and quite helpful once communication was clear, (side note) a thorough and repeated explanation of your request is required so there's no issues. I didn't use or see a gym at this hotel, it seems like there was a bit of renovation happening. The internet was in and out at times and my phone in my room worked the first couple of days after I arrived then like the internet it stopped working. I lost water during one of my showers and I informed the front desk and they informed me that it was a water pressure issue, but after that night things were back to normal.
