"We had a great stay, love the location, walkable to everything in Sanford we wanted to do. We would definitely stay there again. It’s cozy, but has everything for 2 people. "

"Property as advertised. Extremely clean, great value, and great folks. Will definitely stay again."

"The check-in process was a breeze. Also, everything was very organized and clean. This is the perfect go-to place for my wife and me whenever we are in town visiting our family. We were super lucky to find this hidden gem. Looking forward to renting again next time we are in town! "

"We had such a great stay at The Porch! The space was absolutely perfect and incredibly well stocked. Truly, if we didn’t bring it—they had it. And if we didn’t even think of it—they already did. A fun unexpected bonus was getting to enjoy some band practice from the kitchen windows and backyard area—it added such a cool...

"Super cute and super clean apartment! The beds are very comfortable and the location is ideal... close enough to easily walk to the restaurants and bars in the historic downtown area (about a 5 min walk), but far enough away that you didn't hear the noise from the bars once you got back to the apartment. It was perfect!"

"Communication with the host was great, the place was spotless. We were close to downtown restaurants. "

"Great location for downtown New Smyrna."
