The apartments are located in a newly built residential complex in the town of Orosei (approximately 90 km from the port and airport of Olbia), which has preserved a medieval town center dominated by the ruins of the old Palace of Justice. The approximately 5 km long beach with its numerous beaches such as Su Barone, Osala, and Su Petrosu is only 3 km from the residence.

All apartments are air-conditioned and furnished in typical Sardinian style.

The apartments are spread over two floors (ground floor and first floor) and have a separate entrance with a covered and furnished balcony or terrace. Your holiday residence offers the following amenities: Reception at Hotel Maria Rosaria (approximately 700 m away), swimming pool and solarium at Hotel Maria Rosaria (approximately 700 m away), and breakfast at the nearby Hotel Maria Rosaria: Adults €10.00 per person per day, children 3-11 years €5.00 per person per day.

It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Non smoking accommodation. Linen change every 7 nights for stays of at least 14 nights.
