The Ormondy Condominium is located in beautiful Ormond By The Sea, Florida. The Ormondy is an 11 story, 71 unit building with secure entry and private underground parking. It is one of the most beautiful buildings in the area. With one of the only heated pools!

The building has many amenities providing great beach community living. Along with fabulous panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean, the Inter Coastal Water Ways and the Halifax/Tomoka River.

The Ormondy is located on the beautiful, no-drive Ormond By The Sea Beach.

Our NEWLY RENOVATED vacation condominium has ocean and beach views from the master suite, living, and dining areas. Start the day watching the sunrise and listening to the sounds of the ocean while enjoying a cup of coffee on our balcony. Take the views of the Atlantic ocean from the comfortable high top table and chairs. You might even catch the dolphins having a morning swim.

We are located on the 6th floor facing south but also have full views of the white sandy beaches to the west and east. These views are incredible from every room including the Halifax River where you will catch the amazing sunsets.

Our Master En- Suite with king size memory foam bed, offers a private bath, separate vanity area, and a large walk-in closet. The second bedroom offers 2 Twin Beds with a bonus room for an additional twin bed.

The unit features a large kitchen with a breakfast bar seating for 4, all new stainless steel major appliances, ceiling fan with an adjoining laundry room complete with full size washer and dryer and storage for all your needs. The Dining Room offers a large table and views from every angle for all your entertaining needs. You also have access to a full size BBQ grill which can be found poolside. After enjoying the evening meal, toss your dishes in the new dishwasher for easy clean-up.

You will enjoy Two Streaming 55" flat screen TV's located in living room and master bedroom. There is also a 30" flat screen TV in twin bedroom.

All Linens are provided and are laundered off-site. All bedding is high thread count, and appointed with plush mattress toppers, and pillowy comforters.

The Living Room offers views to the ocean from the large queen size sleeper sofa, comfy plush arm chairs and Bar stools from the kitchen. The living area also features new vinyl planking throughout.

The large, heated, oceanfront swimming pool is reserved for guests only. Chaise lounges, tables, chairs, and umbrellas are available for your enjoyment. Get some exercise by playing shuffleboard on the manicured lawn poolside. The Ormondy is a private secure building with keyfob entry. A garage door opener will get you inside to the private underground parking garage. There you will find your own assigned parking space. Luggage and shopping carts are available for your convenience. Elevators run from the garage to the 11th floor Club Room. Along with the Club Room with ocean front views from the wrap around balcony, you will have access to the exercise room, and sauna. .

We love our time here at Ormond Beach and The Ormondy Condos! This was our 4th year here. The condo is well-equipped and in a great location. Everything you could want is so close. Cathy is the best rental manager you could work with.

Great location for families wanting to be beach front without all the traffic of Daytona. We stayed for NCA Cheer nationals and were able to get back and forth easier without issue. Condo was clean and the perfect space for a long weekend getaway. Cathy keep me informed about the trip up until we checked out. Highly recommend.

Nice, clean place. Restaurants, bars and coffee in walking distance. Several parks within a 10 min walk (in case the beach wasn't enough). Cathy was great host, ensuring that our check in was flawless. Beautiful sunrise from the patio. Worth a return stay.

Elevators make quick work of getting from the sixth floor to the heated pool or beach. The windows in the main rooms allow beautiful views of the ocean and sunrise. The patio is a nice size with comfortable chairs; most mornings we sat there with coffee, even in February. The living room TV was reliable for watching the Super Bowl together. The master bedroom has an ocean view, a comfortable king bed, a bathroom with two sinks, and a large walk-in closet. A quite small bonus room with the third twin bed doubles as a closet for the second bedroom. Although the makeup area is technically part of the master suite, three women shared it with ease. Our only real downside was a cooler-than-usual February, but we would definitely stay here again. Cathy is super easy to work with and quick to respond. Thanks for the giant Super Bowl chocolate chip cookie! :)

Great location, spacious layout, with lovely views of both ocean and inter-coastal from the large balcony. Beds and linens were comfortable, kitchen well stocked. Everything was sparkling clean. Thoughtful extras like sugar, spices and coffee were welcome provisions. Walkable proximity to several restaurants and pubs in the area. We very much enjoyed our stay and would most definitely book again.

We keep coming back to this comfortable, peaceful condo on no drive Ormond Beach. Views of the beach AND the intracoastal make the unit spectacular. Cathy is hands down the best host. Nice pool, plenty of parking, quiet, secure and well apportioned condo, but if its not there and you need it, plenty of shopping close by. The clubroom on the 11th floor is great for looking at the ocean from high above, enjoying a glass of wine, or doing a bit of work for those of us keeping up with work while away. Feels Like Home!

We love this condo and the surrounding area so much, this was our 3rd summer to stay here. Cathy is absolutely wonderful to work with! The condo is a great space for the 5 of us. We enjoy the nearby shops, restaurants, and neighborhoods. The views from the balcony are wonderful! We will be back!

From the moment we arrived we knew our stay was going to be great. Cathy and Gordon are kind, attentive, and wonderful hosts. They effectively communicated throughout our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. Their home is beautiful, SO CLEAN, and comfortable. Delightful stay!! The property was in excellent shape and everything we needed was available. The location was great (near Publix grocery). Several wonderful restaurant's close by. Golf courses were nearby as was pickleball courts. Beach was great, the swimming pool was delightful. Beach chairs and umbrellas were also available. The complex was very secure. The 11th floor party room was unbelievable with a fantastic view. Thank you Cathy for being so easy to communicate with. Hope to be back!! Rege and aula Turocy

Our 5 star rating started weeks before our stay- when Cathy was in touch about the condo after Hurricanes Ian and Nicole...Thankfully the Condo and public areas including the beach access & pool were okay- but the calls and pics shared made our worries disappear. Now the Condo...so much space! While the condo is not "brand new" the owners have made upgrades where they count the most: the flooring, the kitchen appliances, the beds and bedding/linens..the showers..TVs..the furnishings, artwork & decor. The kitchen was the best stocked we've seen to date for a rental. We did a lot of cooking and had everything we needed- and ample space for 5 adults to cook together. My 82 year old Mom was very comfortable in the "bonus" room (1 twin) and our 21 year old sons slept great in the 2nd bedroom (2 twin beds). The Master was heavenly- nothing like stepping out to the balcony from your bedroom. The balcony is huge and the best spot for morning coffee (brand new 12 cup/ keurig combo machine) and evening cocktails (plenty of glassware and corkscrews, icemaker works great). Such a wonderful view of the shore- and don't forget to stargaze! The full size washer & dryer worked great. The pool is heated and the beach walkway is in great condition (many did not survive Nicole) and has a shower & spray to wash away the sand. The 11th floor Club Room has breathtaking views, don't miss it. We also appreciated the security- all entryways require Fobs. The underground garage was well lit and clean. 2nd space outside upper lot as well. Trash chute on every floor- and Recycling on garage level. We encountered a minor plumbing issue at the beginning of our stay- which Cathy addressed immediately- she had a plumber at our door less than 24 hours after reporting the issue- and this was 2 days before Thanksgiving. We cannot say enough about this Condo and the wonderful hosts. Thank you Cathy & Gordon- we look forward to our next stay in May for our sons' Graduation!

Our second stay at this wonderful condo. Cathy and Gordon are simply the best hosts. The condo had everything we needed and was clean and well appointed, great view of the beach and the river/bridge. Loved the Leesa mattress in the master bedroom. This is THE best beach, no cars, quiet and beautiful. Easy walk to a great wine bar, restaurants and Publix. Onsite staff was great, attentive and super friendly. uber Eats delivers as well. NO EXCUSE not to stay here. Love Ormond, it is home to my heart.
