TUSCAN VILLA ESCAPE - Private Pool 24/7 Support During Your Stay

Tuscan Villa Escape is a lovely 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom vacation home located in gated resort community of Tuscan Hills. This community is ideally located to be far enough from the crowds but close enough to be in easy reach of groceries, gas stations, shopping, dining, golf courses and of course the area's best attractions!

Comfortably furnished throughout, this home features central air-conditioning, two queen master suites with attached bathrooms and two bedrooms each with a set of twin beds. Every bedroom has a TV for enjoyment before bed or just after waking up. The kitchen has everything for a carefree holiday, and there's a separate utility/laundry room. The living room overlooks the pool area and provides a spacious and open space with a flat-screen TV and plenty of seating.

The pool area is entirely surrounded with mature landscaping to ensure you can enjoy the Florida sunshine in private! There is also a covered lanai with a patio table and seating to provide shade on hot afternoons or if you prefer the sun you can relax on one of the lounge chairs around the pool.

This home offers everything you might need to enjoy a relaxing holiday and allows access to plenty of community amenities including a swimming pool, tennis courts, and a clubhouse.

Enjoy all that Orlando has to offer such as the theme parks: Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Legoland, Discovery Cove, Aquatica and other attraction such as I-Drive, City Walk & Disney Springs; Shopping malls such as The Mall at Millenia, The Florida Mall and The Outlet Mall. Sports events include Orlando City soccer and Orlando Magic basketball.

Just over an hour drive away you will find some of Florida’s favorite beaches such as Cocoa Beach, Clearwater Beach, St. Pete Beach, New Smyrna Beach & Daytona Beach.

COMMUNITY PARKING RULES: The home fits ONLY TWO cars. The garage is unavailable for parking. No street parking is allowed within the Tuscan Hills Community.

Family summer vacation

The location was convenient, close to key attractions yet peaceful enough to relax and unwind. Loved the neighborhood Overall, I highly recommend this homestay to anyone looking for a comfortable, and memorable experience. I would definitely love to return in the future!

Acceptable

The home is beautiful but issues do need to be addressed. Housekeeping issues need to be addressed and pest control (not awful considering it is Florida but still present). Beds are not comfortable. Comforters dirty. Screened in area of pool needs fixing (screen in one section completely gone) which caused bugs in pool everyday. Patio doors cannot be opened and then shut properly without great effort. Dishes, silverware and pots and pans needed washing prior to use. Overall, if the housekeeping issues are addressed it is a beautiful home away from home.

good location

Was in a great location for the activities that we planned during our stay. The house was clean and exactly as shown on site. The pool was nice and we liked that it was surrounded by a hedge so you weren't looking at any of the neighbors. Would definitely use Vrbo to rent another house.

Wonderful!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tuscan Hills the house was well equipped with everything we needed , the house and pool were very clean . However there is one thing we did find uncomfortable was the two queen beds , mattress really needed to be upgraded. I would certainly recommend this property.

Sleep in your car before this place

Bags of garbage from previous guest surround the poo,l which was filthy. Called management and pool service came a day later and reported NO chemicals in pool. My son got an ear infection. Racoons in attic keep you up all night. Management goes to voice mail and they do NOT call back even after 24 hours. Furniture broken, patio lounge collapsed to floor with a small child on it. I Do not have enough space to let you know how bad this was.

First of all we stayed and the first 24 hours we were there the hose was still running in the pool with cold water so the pool was cold second there was cigarette butts and trash in front of house and around pool,cracked lawn chairs by the pool and the beds were very uncomfortable. We did laundry in the dryer vent was not hooked up also a raccoon kept getting in the pool area because of holes in the screen. We would stay again hoping things would be different very disappointed about the pool being cold

Last minute change

The original property (Tuscan Hills) needed emergency repairs a few days before our scheduled arrival. To the management companies credit, they notified me and offered me an upgrade to a property in the same vicinity. I was very impressed.

Beds, pillows and towels desperatly need replacing

The stay was fine but ALL beds and pillows DESPERATLY need to be replaced. The kitchen (dishes etc) are only as clean as the last guests leave it, which was not ideal. Towels were very thin. Mold in master bath was undesiresble and thick dust on ceilings, vents and fans not good for allergy sufferers. If you’re not overly concerned with things being nice and clean you would be happy. The location was good, heated pool great and house otherwise nice to stay in.
