This spacious 6 bedroom is perfect for your Florida vacation! With a game room, spa, and pool, it's a fun place to relax when you get back from the parks or when you're taking the day off. Covered back patio looks over conservation. The clubhouse also has amenities such as a walk in pool, spa, volleyball net, gym, and a pier to fish from! The clubhouse is only a little walk from the house. Themed rooms (ESPECIALLY the game room, in my opinion) make it fun for the whole family. Grill upon request
The space
Our villa has the best of both worlds. It is a quiet neighborhood in a nature setting with two water features. Sand Hill Cranes walk the neighborhood. Yet we are very close to the hustle and bustle. There are restaurants and grocery shopping about a 1/2 mile. We are a few miles from Championsgate Restaurant Row.
Inside the villa, there is a king ensuite downstairs. Upstairs there is a king room, two queen rooms, a Mickey room with twin beds, and a Marvel room with full size bunk beds. As you enter downstairs is a front lounge area with a formal dining room. Just past that is an open concept kitchen with eating area and another lounge area. Downstairs is a complimentary laundry room, 1/2 bath, and game room.
Upstairs are the 5 bedrooms and 3 baths. Also there is a lounge area. All 6 bedrooms and both lounge areas have TV's. The patio looks out over the beautiful dedicated wetlands. There is a covered area and plenty of sunshine at this south facing pool. You won't want to go back home!

Heat for the pool and spa is $25 a day.
