NOT A LUXURY PROPERTY
Let us start by stating that we appreciate the location of this property, how easy it was to find, and the distribution within the property (bedrooms, baths etc..) My family and I rent Luxury homes because we have small children and we like the place to be neatly cleaned, and for all kitchen utensils and other property things like towels, to be available and confortable. Instead we found, HUMAN HAIR on the showers, dried yellow stains on the toilets, sticky floors among the kitchen and living room areas, the pool was DIRTY, the Jacuzzi did not turn on (it only heats). NOT even a proper knife for cooking, all other kitchen items like toaster and coffee maker are rusty and in bad cleaning condition. The sofa that faces the tv it’s discomposed, anyone sits and the person goes right down in it. The fridge door keeps going back as it’s not properly mounted. The stove has no NUMBERS on it so it is hard to say what level of heat you have while cooking. We tried out best to clean everything before the kids or ourselves used the bathrooms. We paid a very expensive cleaning fee and still mopped and clean the kitchen as best we could. We had to spend money on kitchen items and cleaning supplies. We removed all linens and started laundry before we left. We also left the dishwasher running (also has a bunch of imperfections including broken stabilizers to organize dish plates) NEEDS DEEP CLEANING ALL THROUGHOUT. REPAIR OF LIGHTNING in some of the bedrooms and REPLACEMEN
