The Space:

The scent of fresh‑cut grass mixes with the faint aroma of a nearby grill, promising relaxed evenings after a whirlwind tour of Orlando’s famous parks. Inside, the hum of arcade machines and the clack of a foosball table set the tone for playful evenings with family or friends. Every corner of this home is designed for easy flow between relaxation and excitement.

Outdoor living

Step outside to a private pool surrounded by lounge chairs and a grill station. The backyard offers ample space for sunbathing, poolside reading, or simply enjoying the Florida breeze. Community amenities include a resort‑style pool with water slide, lazy river, cabanas, poolside café, fitness center, playground, tennis and volleyball courts, and a recreation area—all accessible exclusively to guests.



Kitchen & dining

A large, fully equipped kitchen holds everything needed to prepare hearty breakfasts or quick snacks. Indoor and outdoor dining spaces let you enjoy meals al fresco or at the kitchen island, with all standard kitchen essentials provided.



Game room

The dedicated game room boasts a pool table, ping‑pong table, arcade games, and additional entertainment options, ensuring endless fun without leaving the property.

Nestled in Solterra Resort in Davenport, the home sits just 25 minutes from Disney, 30 minutes from Universal Studios, and 25 minutes from SeaWorld. A supermarket is only five minutes away, while Posner Park—with an IMAX theater, shops, and restaurants—is a seven‑minute drive. The vibrant streets, nightlife, and diverse dining scene of Orlando are easily reachable, making this a convenient base for exploring the area’s attractions.

Guest Access:

You’ll enjoy complete privacy and exclusive access to the entire home during your stay, along with use of the Solterra Resort community amenities. Please be aware that the HOA charges a mandatory amenities fee, separate from our hosting fees. This fee is $35 for groups of up to 12 guests and $48 for groups of 13 or more, and it applies to every reservation, whether or not you use the amenities.



The home is located within a gated community with 24-hour security, giving you peace of mind throughout your stay. The driveway can comfortably fit 2 vehicles, and likely up to 4 small to medium-sized cars if needed.

Situated in Davenport, this vacation home puts you close to Orlando’s most popular theme parks. If shopping is on your list, Disney Springs™ and Old Town are must-visits. For unforgettable experiences, explore Walt Disney World® Resort, Disney’s Animal Kingdom® Theme Park, Disney’s Hollywood Studios®, and Epcot®.



The area also offers a variety of activities beyond the parks, including outlet shopping, golfing, and winery tours, making it easy to fill your days with fun and adventure.

Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest, and our cleaning team follows the highest standards of cleanliness.



During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $500 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (maximum $100 total), which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Check-Out: Check-out is 10:00 AM. Housekeeping is scheduled promptly after check-out to prepare for the next guests. Late check-outs can disrupt schedules and may incur a fee of up to $300.



Self-Catering: This is a self-catering home, and supplies are not replenished during your stay. Each bathroom includes shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and a single roll of toilet paper. The laundry room provides detergent pods for up to two loads. The kitchen includes a paper towel roll, a few trash bags, dish soap, a sponge, and a coffee maker (coffee is not provided). Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are available for use. Please notify us immediately upon check-in if anything is missing so we can arrange restocking.
