THIS IS A SELF-CATERING PROPERTY:

Although we provide salt & pepper, some other spices, oil, sugar, tea and other basic welcome amenities, we do recommend stopping by the nearest supermarket to purchase additional personal toiletries and desired meals.

STARTER SUPPLIES provided with the home include:

The home is non-smoking and absolutely no pets are allowed. Violation of this term will incur a charge against the guest responsible for the reservation.

HOUSEKEEPING

There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the house will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by our check-in supervisor to ensure all cleaning and sanitizing protocols were applied.

We use a professional company for washing and sanitizing all linen. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the house.

Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

TRASH DISPOSAL:

Trash is picked up 7 days a week.

POOL & HOT TUB

Pool & hot tub heat can be turned on upon request for an additional $30 a day as noted above.

The pool & hot tub are serviced once a week generally on Monday's,  that sometime changes depending on the pool companies schedule.

Guest Access - Our contactless check-in procedure makes check-in easy. Guests will receive an access code prior to arrival.
