Beautiful & spacious home. The host was awesome to quickly address any questions. The pool was nice, but the on site water park was an extra plus. We would definitely stay there again. THANK YOU for a fabulous vacation.

Incredible stay! We recently visited for 14 nights with a family of 14. We couldn’t be more impressed with the accommodation as a whole, amenities, complex, rooms, cleanliness on arrival, communication with the owner and more! If you are visiting as a big family the home is spacious enough for everyone. We never felt like we were on top of each other or had enough space etc. Everything was clean on arrival, including fresh towels in all the bathrooms. Couldn’t be more happy with the holiday. The complex on site is also a great addition. With a huge pool, kids splash park, x2 big slides and lazy river

House was excellent and comfortably hosted my group of 6 adults and 6 kids. We were able to spread out and relax after making memories at the parks. The kids loved the backyard pool and jacuzzi. Resort area of the community was a great spot as well. We enjoyed the lazy river, slides and bar area. Specialty drinks were amazing. Host was responsive and answered all question quickly. Would recommend being prepared for a delay on arrival due to security shack on 1st day. This would be any property in community.

We had a great stay! Check-in had a couple of hiccups, but the host was super quick to respond and fix everything. Tip: double-check that all guest names and plate numbers are entered before you arrive, and take a close look at the door code directions—it’ll save you a little time.What we loved:The pool was awesome! Since we came in the off-season, we had a lot of privacy. Neighbors are close by though, so I could see it being a bit busier and louder during peak times.Everything was very clean and well kept.Location was perfect—close to Disney Springs, theme parks, and just 5 minutes to a grocery store.Things to note:The splash park was closed during our stay, and we weren’t informed ahead of time. This was a bit of a bummer since it was one of the main reasons we booked this property.Not a huge deal, but the tile floors plus no outdoor fridge by the pool made snack and drink runs a little slippery (especially with excited little ones running around).Overall, we really enjoyed the stay and would definitely book again!

The house was beautiful. Exactly as it looks in the photos. Very spacious and enough room for our large party. That being said, our first day we had no A/C on the second floor and the second day we had no A/C at all. In August, the temperature in Florida is over 100 degrees. There were 12 people in our party. The host, was very responsive, but wouldn’t send anyone until the next day. It wasn’t treated as an emergency. We had to buy fans from Walmart just to be comfortable. The dishwasher also didn’t work and the washer didn’t drain water. There were limited supplies in the kitchen for cooking and the food stuck to all the pans that were supposed non-stick. And it was very limited towels and washcloths. It was very disappointing to say the least. The kids did enjoy the pool, though. Overall, the owner needs to upgrade the appliances and kitchen tools, make sure the home is properly maintenanced, and treat issues with higher priority.

The stay was good , there were just a few things that weren’t satisfying. For one the overall cleanliness of the property wasn’t that great . Upon arrival we found a few bugs in the house . There were multiple dead gnats in the pool . The pictures of this property make it look a lot better than it does in person . The overall stay was good but it could’ve been better

Family Business and Leisure

Immediately upon arrival, we ran into a few concerns, such as broken items and limited supplies (i.e., towels) but the lack of cleanliness was the largest concern. I had to do a full sweep of the main level which included hair, toe nails, and food. There was also trash under the couches that easily moved on the hard floors, so with kids, we encouraged shoes to be worn in the house at all times. There is a sign in the laundry room that discourages guest from washing the linen; however, we had several blankets with fresh stains and hair. The bathroom showers were dirty with hair and dirt buildup. The patio around the pool was full of dirt, which appeared to be swept out from the house. This, too, included toenails. The sliding doors out to the pool had an overwhelming amount of filth, which appeared to be over a long period of time. The amount of filth on both sides of the glass was despicable.The owners did a great job communicating in setting up the reservation; however, that efficiency and effectiveness diminished once we arrived to the house. Upon noting these concerns, we had individuals appearing at the house with no forewarning and asking for unique codes in order to provide services. This was strange, and unsettling, knowing that these individuals could appear and access the house anytime, too. The house has great potential as it is very accommodating with space. However, communication, accommodations, and cleanliness needs to improve significantly.

Disney 2025

We had a great time at this home. Plenty of room for 8 adults and 5 kids. My only complaint is the, main pool area. They didn't allow you to bring in water, sandwiches or snacks for the kids. We had a 1 year old, 2 year old, 2 - 3years olds and a 6 year old. They wanted you to buy everything from them. The food was gross and the drinks were expensive. They have these security people walking around acting like the snack police. That really turned me off. The house was wonderful but the main pool rules sucked.

Great House / Community Is Strict

The property was excellent overall. 5/5The community needs to improve their entry exit process. At one point there were two blocks of backed up traffic trying to exit that couldn't because the gate staff had the left turn blocked off for no reason. The check in process was extremely arduous and nowhere near simple. You cannot have visitors stop by unless they are on a list. It is incredibly restrictive when you are traveling with friends staying at other properties. They are also incredibly diligent with wandering the community and putting violation stickers on vehicles that are less than inch over the grass but not the people from other residences parked in front of our driveway. It was more frustrating but prepare yourself. Luckily our host was quick to accommodate and resolve any check in issues. But the exit and entry situations were absolutely terrible. The front guard station has no concept of time when you are in line. The grounds of the community were incredibly well kept and it was beautiful. The clubhouse, pool and lazy river were great.Again the house was incredible, had all the amenities you want. A few minor items like the pool cues having no tips, the spa not having a timer on site and having to message the host whenever you want it on. They were responsive but it was a minor inconvenience.Overall the stay was great with the exception of the front entrance guard house. Thank you to the host for their incredible communication and turn around.

Family vacation

House was just as described. Family loved it. The pool and spa was amazing as well as the on site bar pool and waterslide. Host was very responsive and quick to assist with the one inconvenience. Highly recommend.

Absolutely Amazing

Our stay was amazing. We stayed here to watch our daughters collegiate softball team play at The Spring Games and the location was wonderful. The house had everything you would need and then some!! Pool/Spa area was outstanding. We had difficulty with the pool/spa temperature, reached out and got an immediate response. The pool/spa service the owner uses is the best around.

Amazing place! The best vacation

This house is breathtaking. So spacious and there was ample room for our 3 family's stay for a week. Everything was so clean, and communication with the host was prompt. It was amazing having a private pool right in the backyard, but we also took advantage of the resort pool/waterslides when we wanted a change of scene. The lazy river was such a nice touch! It was nice that house had everything we needed like cooking supplies, towels, shampoo etc. The in-house laundry, and a TV in every bedroom was so wonderful. We will definitely be back!

Awesome Stay

I booked this property for my family for Thanksgiving 2024 and it was awesome. The house was clean, and it had enough space for all 19 of my family members. The kids really enjoyed the pool and We loved how it was gated and could protect them from falling in. The house had pretty much everything we needed to cook a full Thanksgiving dinner, the minor issues we had was some trash left on side of the bed in one of the rooms and the jacuzzi didn’t get hot. Other than that we really enjoyed this beautiful location. Thank you all for having us.

The best adventure with my friends!!!

Our stay at this home was unforgettable! This was our second time visiting, and we were blown away by the stunning new finishes and furniture. The updates made the villa feel even more luxurious, and revisiting was absolutely worth it. The same great hospitality from the host, who was always prompt and communicative, made the experience seamless once again.The villa had everything we needed—comfy bedding, a fully stocked kitchen, a BBQ machine, and plenty of space for our group of 24. The location was convenient as it was a nice 4 minute walk to the resort. The Windsor Island Resort was busy with its endless amenities, including pools, a lazy river, and a water park. The highlight was still the amazing pool and hot tub, which was free of charge and perfect for relaxing after a fun-filled day.We had the time of our lives and can’t wait to return for yet another unforgettable experience!Está es la segunda ocasión que visitamos esta propiedad y ha sido inolvidable realmente nos impresionaron con las mejoras que le han hecho desde los acabados hasta los muebles. Todas las mejoras que le hicieron a la villa hicieron que nos sintiéramos muy cómodos en un lugar extremadamente lujoso. Realmente valió la pena volver a visitar la villa. Perfect Family Getaway Near Disney!

We recently stayed at this incredible 8-bedroom villa near Disney, and it exceeded all of our expectations! The house was spacious, clean, and well-equipped for our large group. The heated pool and spa were a huge hit, especially after long days at the parks—it was the perfect way to unwind and relax. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short drive to Disney and other attractions. Plus, there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, making everything super convenient. Each bedroom was comfortable and beautifully decorated, and the common areas provided plenty of space for everyone to gather. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, and the game room kept the kids entertained for hours. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a smooth and enjoyable stay. We would highly recommend this villa to anyone visiting the Orlando area. Exceptional Stay and Outstanding Service!

Our stay at this VRBO property was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that every detail had been thought of to ensure our comfort and enjoyment. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we could possibly need—modern appliances, cozy furniture, and thoughtful touches throughout. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions, yet tucked away in a peaceful and quiet area. But what truly made this stay stand out was the fantastic communication and hospitality from the property manager. Alagan was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. From providing clear instructions for check-in and check-out to offering local recommendations, it was evident that Alagan genuinely cares about the guests' experience.
