FAMILY ROOM: Bright and sunny this spacious open space with comfy sofas is the perfect spot to chill with a drink or watch a movie on the large Smart TV with BluRay player.

KITCHEN/DINING ROOM: Also part of the open space is a modern dining area and new kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances and Nespresso machine. The kitchen area with the barstool is a great place to grab breakfast or hang out with the chef sipping Nespresso. The breakfast nook offers a quaint option or simply additional seating.

GAME ROOM/ARCADE: Plenty entertainment for all ages in this climate controlled out-of-this-world game room: air hockey, fussball, timeless arcade games including Pac-Man and Galaxian, Star Wars Pinball and a 55" Smart TV with Xbox One packed with games.

POOL & PATIO: Step outside and enjoy a dip in your private heated pool or melt away in the bubbly spa. Just relax in the chaise lounges and sofas while the kids play in the crystal blue water.
