The Space:

Mornings begin at an easy pace - coffee in hand, plans forming around the kitchen table - while evenings invite movie nights, friendly competition in the game room, or a relaxing soak after the parks. Set within the gated Solara Resort, this home offers a comfortable retreat that balances privacy with access to Orlando’s most visited attractions.



Living spaces

The villa features two distinct living areas, giving your group room to spread out and unwind. A spacious family room with seating for everyone anchors the home, while a separate movie theater room sets the scene for relaxed nights in. Entertainment continues in the game room, making downtime just as enjoyable as days out.

A large kitchen with stainless steel appliances supports everything from quick breakfasts to shared dinners. With multiple indoor dining areas, gathering for meals is simple whether you’re feeding a full house or keeping things casual between activities.

The villa is pet-friendly and equipped for both short and extended stays, with washer and dryer, air conditioning, heating, and a dedicated workspace. Family-friendly touches like a Pack ’n play are available, and self check-in with a smart lock keeps arrivals easy. Guests also have resort access, offering the option to enjoy nearby shared facilities during their stay.



Located just a short drive from Disney World, Universal Studios, SeaWorld, and other major attractions, this Solara Resort villa is well suited for large families or groups looking for space, comfort, and a central home base in Kissimmee.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complimentary access to resort amenities



Feel safe and right at home as you enter the gated community with 24-hour security guard. There is (2) spots designated in the driveway but you can park an extra vehicle in the overflow parking lot around the corner.



The Neighborhood:

The Solara Resort Grand Clubhouse features an expansive water complex. A wave simulator offers a perfect opportunity to learn how to surf, or, if you are a seasoned surfer, show off your skills. The little ones will prefer the splash pad for some fun in the sun. Why not join them and let your inner child come out to play? When it’s time to take a break everyone will love to cool off with an ice-cream from the Solara Resort ice-cream parlor or a cold drink from the bar by the pool.



Solara Resort includes a basketball court, volleyball court, tennis court and a full-size soccer field. If you’re not a sports-fan but like to stay in shape, you can workout in the large fitness center at the clubhouse.



At the end of the day, you might find your teens at the teen hangout center where they have already made new friends. If they’re not ready to leave just yet, that’s fine too; hungry tummies will soon find their way over to the bar & grill where you’re already chilling with a drink.

Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
