This second-story Kissimmee condo has a little something for everyone including bright and comfortable living areas, a furnished balcony, and space for up to six lucky guests. You'll also enjoy a number of on-site resort amenities including a pool, hot tub, multiple sports courts, a well-equipped fitness center, and a fun-filled game room.

This condo is located in a gated community just south of U.S. Highway 192 where you'll find several local restaurants (from fast food to formal dining), shopping centers, and specialty stores. A short trip in the other direction leads you to Walt Disney World, just six miles away, and Universal Studios Orlando, only 14 miles from your front door.

Ideal for families, this home and community are brimming with fun and exciting things to do for all ages. Within the condo, enjoy free WiFi, four cable TVs with DVD players, a PlayStation 3 with two controllers and a selection of games, and a private balcony. Young children are also welcome thanks to the inclusion of a high chair, Pack 'n Play, and baby gates.

On-site, guests can splash in the swimming pool, soak in the hot tubs, and play basketball, tennis, and beach volleyball on the sports courts. Or your group can have a fun time playing pool and video games in the game room located in the clubhouse.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Good experience

Stay was good, few small things missing like wine bottle opener and regular sal and pepper condiments, only bad experience was not able to get in with the code and waiting for the code for the key.

February Vacation

The condo was clean and was great for our family. We stayed their while my daughter competed at NHSCC at Disney. We never needed the property management but they left us all the information we would have needed. The only issue I had was parking was not available in the parking spots on the side of the building that our door was on. We were able to park at the garage area. I think some of our neighbors had several vehicles. Thank you for letting us stay at your property!

Disney in March

We stayed at the condo for 8 days and the stay was quiet. The appliances all worked well and the condo is as pictured. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. The pool area is clean and well maintained. The condo stairs were dirty, and the ones leading down to the garage had dirty footsteps at the bottom by the entrance to the garage. While the place looked clean there where some places that needed more attention. I told my daughter not to turn on the lamp in the bedroom because of the quantity of the dust in the lamp and on the bulb (I was afraid it could cause a fire). Beds were all comfortable and clean. It was very convenient to all attractions, restaurants and shopping.

Our 3rd visit, but will NOT be returning to Oakwater

We are very disappointed in the upkeep of this property. I don’t know if it’s the new Mgmt company VaCasa, but we definitely were not impressed with them. We did not feel they were very professional or courteous after having to deal with them after our departure (let me just say, make sure you don’t accidently leave anything behind)! The first thing we noticed & were upset about was the quality of the beds, during our prior visits the beds were much more comfortable, I’m pretty sure they were replaced with very cheap mattresses. After long days at Disney you want to be able to get a good nights sleep, that did not happen here. Upon arrival our condo was also not very clean (prior it always has been) our comforter literally had bodily fluids on it & crusted food, as well as the bathrooms being full of black hair that was easily visible. Overall this was a very disappointing experience & we have rented this particular condo 3 times, as well as multiple others at Oakwater, however we will NOT be returning again when we come back this summer! Very sad because we loved how close it was to Disney & used to think it was a hidden gem.
