The Space:

Soft Florida breezes drift across the patio as the sun paints the south‑facing pool in golden light. You can linger by the water in the morning, then gather in a spacious living room for a game night after a day at Disney, SeaWorld, or Universal. As evening settles, the hot tub steams gently while the upstairs loft offers a quiet nook for a book or a movie. This ChampionsGate retreat invites your group to unwind, explore, and create lasting memories together.



Sleeping arrangements

The home features six themed bedrooms designed for comfort and fun. Downstairs, the master bedroom offers a king bed and an en‑suite bathroom. Upstairs, the Mickey Mouse room provides two full beds, while the Queen en‑suite room includes a queen bed with its own bathroom. A second queen bedroom serves as a quiet retreat. The Rustic room showcases a bunk bed with a twin‑over‑full setup, and the Avengers room holds two twin beds plus a trundle for flexible sleeping space. In total, the house accommodates fourteen guests across ten beds.



Indoor living

Two living areas give everyone room to spread out. The downstairs living room is perfect for gathering after theme‑park adventures, and the upstairs loft offers a relaxed alternative for reading, movies, or quiet downtime. Air conditioning, heating, Wi‑Fi, a TV, a dedicated workspace, and essential safety features—including smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first‑aid kit—ensure a comfortable stay.



Kitchen & dining

A large full kitchen with stainless‑steel appliances lets you prepare meals at home. It includes a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, stove, oven, toaster, hot‑water kettle, coffee maker, cooking basics, and dishes and silverware. Indoor and outdoor dining spaces let you choose where to enjoy each meal, whether around the table inside or on the patio under the Florida sky.



Outdoor living

The private pool, with optional heating, offers a peaceful place to relax, complemented by a hot tub and comfortable patio furniture. A BBQ grill adds flexibility for group meals, and loungers around the pool invite slow afternoons throughout the year. A private entrance and free parking make comings and goings simple.



Community access

Located in the ChampionsGate community, you have access to a water park, amenity center, clubhouse, and nearby golf courses. Major highways, shopping, dining, and Orlando’s top attractions are all within easy reach.



Practical amenities

A washer and dryer, bed linens, towels, and hangers are provided for convenience. Pets are welcome, and self‑check‑in with a smart lock makes arrival straightforward.

Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway parked side to side, and up to (1) vehicle on the street in front of the property.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
