Upon arrival, you will find an initial start-up of supplies for your use. Supplies provided are:
• 1 roll of paper towels
• 1 dish sponge
• 2 dishwasher tablets
• 1 small dish soap
• 1 trash bag per bin
• 1 toilet roll in each bathroom
• 1 small hand soap in each bathroom
For all of your other needs, there are grocery stores within 5 miles (Publix, Aldi, Walmart).
In addition to your groceries, we highly recommend purchasing additional items to the startup list above - especially extra toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, as well as shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand soap.
POOL and SPA/HOT TUB
Everyone loves the pool area! Take advantage of the private pool and spa/hot tub. Relax on the sun loungers, or enjoy al fresco dining.
* Pool heat and spa/hot tub for the duration of the stay should be requested in advance and paid off before the arrival. Note: spa/hot tub gets heated only when the pool heater is turned on.
* Pool heat and spa/hot tub is $35 per day. Pool heat is recommended October - April.
* The pool heater is set to heat the water to around 85°-88°F. Note: the pool heat charge is not for a guaranteed water temperature but for the electricity usage associated with running the heat pump. The actual water temperature may vary from day to day due to ambient weather conditions.
* Pool heat pumps work via heat exchange systems and thrive on heat from the atmosphere. Because of this, during operation at low temperatures, pool heat pumps may be unable to heat the pool quite as high as set.
* The pool heater operates on a timer that turns on in the morning and turns off in the evening. It may take several hours for the pool to heat up or cool down. Only our maintenance personnel are authorized to change the pool heater settings, otherwise it will result in extra charges.
* Pool heaters have electrical/mechanical components. In case of a malfunction, we will do our best to rectify any problems with the malfunctioning equipment as quickly as possible. Any compensation for a malfunctioning pool heater will be limited only to the amount paid for the pool heat during the days when the pool heater was not running.
BBQ/GRILL
BBQ Rental is $75 for the entire stay, comes with a full tank of gas.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: The house maximum occupancy is as stated in the ad.
Guests exceeding maximum occupancy or reservation amount (number of individuals listed in the reservation) will have their reservation terminated immediately and incur an additional charge of $50 / day per Individual not disclosed in the reservation.
PARKING: Driveway parking is available. There is no garage parking available.
CHECK-IN: 4 pm
Early check-ins (when possible): Must always be authorized by Host.
Official check-in time is 4 pm. Unauthorized early check-ins will result in a $200 fine.
CHECK-OUT: 10 am
Late check-out (when possible): Must always be authorized by Host.
Official check-out time is 10 am. Unauthorized late check-outs will result in a $100 fine for delay within the first hour after the official check-out time.
HOUSE RULES:
- NO PARTIES OR EVENTS
This is also the Community policy as well as Airbnb rule. Noncompliance will result in immediate termination of the reservation, without refund, and the eviction process will immediately commence. Furthermore, there will be an additional charge of $150 per day per unauthorized Guest that is detected.
- NO SMOKING
You can't smoke inside the house or open the windows. In case of non-compliance, a $300 fine will be charged.
- NO PETS
We do not allow pets and the default carries a fine of $300.
