Our ttime at Four Cirners

The condo was a good size, but needed a deep clean. The couch was completely worn out and very uncomfortable, the blinds had slats missing. The walls needed painted. The kitchen was very nice.

Clean and as advertised

The property was very clean and as advertised in the listing. We did not have time to use the clubhouse facilities but would have done so had we had an extra day. It looked very nice. The only minor complaint was that there were no extra sundries stocked, so we needed to purchase toilet paper, soap and paper towels almostImmediately. There are no kitchen items, no salt and pepper (for example), so be prepared to bring anything you might want. Otherwise the property was great!

Great Thanksgiving Break with family

Overall the stay was exactly as advertised. We loved how easy it was to access and how much room we had for our 11 family members. We requested the pool to be heated and it really helped on those cooler November nights when we got back from the parks. Two things we wished were different: 1. Lack of toilet paper and towels, etc. for families of 10-12 to stay for 5 nights. 2. The distance to the Disney parks says 10-15 min. on the listing but in reality it was 30-45 minutes away due to traffic at any time of the day in the area.

needs a great deal of improvement

I stayed here last year and the place has deteriorated so much. When we got there towels on our beds were still wet and the place is infested with roaches. There is a great deal of mold in the pool bathroom. Parents do not use the bunk beds as the top one is about to collapse on the lower bed. The owner should take a walk through because the management company is definitely not doing their job. Notice says to wash towels before leaving however there is no detergent available. The property has many dishes and utensils but nothing to heat anything in the oven. I was very disappointed with this rental and will not use it again next year.

This locations was prefect for our brief Orlando stay. It was a short drive to Disney. Lots of beds and bathroom for our group. Great house!

It was okay

The property does look like the reviews. However there are some things that could have made the stay much better. 1. The exit gates are always broken. There's a guy out there, but he's not paying attention to help. I literally had to manually push the gate as there was a line of cars trying to leave on my 1st day there. 2. The TV upstairs in the common area did not work. I inquired about it and the only solution was to turn it on and off. We left it alone as we did not want to cause any additional issues. 3. The cushions are extremely worn on the couch. It wasn't an issue but more of a disappointment. 4. There is a leak that came from the light fixture downstairs when the guest bathroom upstairs was in use. We quickly detected the issue and communicated immediately. I never received a response. Luckily we just closed off the bathroom, but no communication is just rude especially since we are guests at a property. Any response would have been better than what we received. The lack of communication would be a reason not to return. I am an attentive guest and I followed the rules so I would have liked an attentive host. The host was not helpful in any issues we had.

Mixed Feelings

I have mixed feelings about this property. First off the house itself is a very pretty house and as pictured. It had plenty of rooms and bathrooms to accommodate. The outside are and pool were clean and tidy. However, if you are planning on staying make sure to bring everything. The only toilet paper and paper towels there were what was left on the roll before you got there. The towels are expected to be washed before you leave, which is honestly fine, except they don’t supply you with detergent. There was only one extra trash bag. The blinds were literally taped at the top and the ones that had already fallen were in the entertainment drawer so we just added the one that fell to it. It was clean but there evidently some kind of celebration or party prior to us being there. There was ribbon left tied around a light, piece of banner stuck to the wall and marks from something sticky (like glue dots) on the wall. The contact with the owner was not very good. To start, the number listed wasn’t correct and I had to call VRBO to get the correct number. Then I messaged (on Wednesday) about having the pool turned on for Friday because they needed 24 hour notice. I messaged the owner around 10/11 am on Friday and asked when the pool would be heated because it was still cold. I NEVER got a response. The pool wasn’t warm until 5 pm. We paid the daily fee just to use the pool for 4 hours. Again, house was cute and clean just make sure to bring EVERYTHING.

Golf Trip

The Condo was perfect for a four-night golf trip for four seniors. Great central location to five golf courses we played. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom. The open concept kitchen/living room/dining area was perfect for chatting and watching TV. I recommend that host includes either liquid soap for showers or larger bar soap. We definitely will consider this VRBO for golf trip next year.
