Charming Property with Private Spa in Encore

Smack in the heart of Central Florida, this cheerful contemporary villa delivers on that home-away-from-home vibe, but with plenty more to do than you would at your own house, and on any day you choose.

Make yourself comfortable in the grey trend-right living room with the kind of plush couches that hug you back. It's a great spot for TV viewing, board-game playing, or just hanging out. The open floor plan guarantees home cooks can still socialize with the rest of the group when preparing meals in the sleek, efficient kitchen. Besides gleaming granite counters and premium appliances, there's a breakfast bar that can seat four guests. A formal dining table can seat everyone comfortably. Well-appointed bedrooms, on both floors, feature flat-screen TVs and sumptuous bedding in three King-sized, one Queen, and two Full-sized rooms. All have ensuite bathrooms with large showers, dual sinks, and some with soaking tubs.

Truly the perfect house for our group

This property is amazing, incredibly well kept and very clean. Well laid out and all rooms were very spacious for our group of 6 adults and 4 kids. The pool was perfect and the child safety security features to access the pool gave us a peace of mind. The kitchen had everything we needed for us to prepare our meals. The neighborhood is great and great location, We can’t wait to go back :)

Good time

Everything was there that was needed. The only suggestion I would make is more seating is needed in the Living Room. There is only seating for 5 - 6 which would be ok but we had 11 people. The items that needed to be fixed were addressed immediately when we called the management company. The pool heat was really good so the kids could swim even when it was only 58 out.

The house was clean! Kids enjoyed the pool and spa after long day at the parks! Would rent again!

Every thing was great except they really need to fix some of the hinges on the bedroom doors you have to lift them up to close!! Kids thought it was a new way to close a door.. lol

Great place for family ! We would have rated a five but very hard to get a call back from management company after leaving a few messages as well as VRBO trying to reach out as well. This was our first time using VRBO and Jeeves and needed verification based on email requesting copies of DL and Credit card from and back emailed to them. To many scams going on out there. Otherwise we would definitely use their services again!

Great property

Very spacious, clean and comfortable. We loved our stay and really enjoyed the hot tub and pool. Great location. So close to Disney and universal. Kids loved the water park.
