We had a large group of 11 for this trip and man was this house perfect!! Everyone had a bed and space to relax. 4 days at the parks and rest days here were perfect! The kids swam while the adults relaxed. The house was clean and ready for us when we got there. We did have a chair break on us somehow but communication with the host was easy and they quickly removed the chair. The kitchen faucet could use some tightening and they have some serious speed bumps around the community. Oh and we somehow only got 5 washcloths but some of us had poufs anyways. But none of this brings down the 5 star experience we had! We would absolutely consider this property again and we will be recommending it to our friends as well!

Horrible communication !!!.My toilet was clogged for several days ,I called for someone to assist NO ONE called back ,NO ONE called when I requested heating to the sauna no one followed up .I did not receive any call backs .. If you do plan on staying here ..Good luck

Took my family to Disney and this house was amazing. Family consists of myself, my spouse, my 4 children(13, 10, 2 and 1) and mother-in-law. Plenty of space for everyone to have their own places to go but big living space to all sit comfortably together. It's only 20 mins from most of the parks. Definitely recommend to anyone bringing a decent size group.

Good location with plenty of room.

We had no major issues with our stay other than the home having an ant problem. You can tell the home is a rental because the carpets are worn and some trim is beaten up. It is not as clean and pristine as the photos look. The home appears surface cleaned but doesn’t appear to have been deep cleaned in a while. the floors did not look like they were vacuumed well as there was small bit of paper or something on the floor. The pool was also dirty.

Disney friend-cation

We decided on this property so we could stay together with a large party. Furniture and listing details are accurate but the whole place needs a deep clean and several repairs. There were ants regardless of how much we cleaned up, the AC was not cooling, and the tile showers had mildew and gunk in the corners. Some beds and pillow cases did not have protectors which is concerning for the amount of guests rotating through. I would not stay here again simply because it did not feel clean or maintained. The kids loved the ping pong table and pool!

Family Getaway

We stayed with extended family and the layout of the house was great. Would love to stay again in warmer weather to take advantage of the pool. There was a bit of an ant problem. The iron didn’t work. The washer seems like it needs to be updated, but overall it was fine.

Toller Urlaub

Wir hatten einen Tollen Urlaub in einen schönen Haus. Würden es wieder Buchen, nur die Treppe war ein wenig schmutzig, sonst hat alles gepasst.

Not great

The house was filthy. The floors were not clean very well. The couch had crumbs ALL over it. Someone also stuffed an apple sauce packet in between the sections of the sectional couch that was never removed. Even after they came back during our stay to clean the house. The stairs were never vacuumed even after they came back to clean the house. The appliances were wiped down down but looked like it was done with a wet rag so the stainless steel looked awful and very uninviting. The hot tub jets worked for a total of 10 minutes. They were suppose to send done e to check. I don’t know if anyone did but they never hit back to me. A refund is pending. On the pool and hot tub It was not a great experience. clean the house.

House needs some TLC

We did encounter many quirks with the house. The list is extensive.Clogged sink, clogged shower drain, broken shower head, broken microwave, broken fridge on thursday of our stay and lost all of the the food we had. Not enough space to write it all

Great experience

We had a bit of trouble with the house code but our call was answered right away and fixed for us.We had a few questions before we arrived and each of them was answered promptly.Overall, a wonderful stay for us and we are planning to look at booking here again next year.

Disney trip

The house was nice. Lots of room for the five of us. Loved that we all had a bathroom to ourselves. Good location close to Disney. Downside the road outside the gates seemed to be a drag strip. But that’s not the properties fault. Quiet neighbors. Need to dust the chandelier.

Vacation with friends

Check-in was a breeze. The property was perfect. Slight hiccup with the heating of the pool but was taken care of in a timely manner. Overall, I would absolutely recommend this property.

Home was nice, property management left a lot to be desired

We had trouble from the start of our vacation - key code did not work, we were woke up in the middle of the night with the smoke detector beeping, reported it the next morning - was assured it would be taken care and was not. Upon the second call to report the smoke detector issues, was told we the renters should have resolved the issue. Took 2 days to resolve the issue. Paid to have the pool heated and it was not - reported this issue, requested a refund and to have management to call me. Miraculously, we discovered the heating component was installed the next day - all too late for us to use since it takes 48 hours for the water to heat up. On the second to last day of our vacation - the smoke detector started beeping - we had to report it twice before someone came out to resolve the issue.

We were not thrilled with the rental. There were sugar ants EVERYWHERE. The pool was not usuable as it was filthy. The screen was ripped in the pool surround, so even if we could use the pool, there were bugs everywhere. We needed extra pillows, which we found, however there were no extra pillowcases to put on them. I wrote the owner of the property and she did not get back to me aobut any concerns. There was no extra toilet paper or paper towels anywhere, so we had to ration between bathrooms. Has potental to be a very nice place, but will not return. We didn't eat there as to the ants. The owner was in communication before she got her money, then after we were there, we never heard from her again. dissapointed will not return!

Okay Stay

The home was up to date with a modern look and feel. The booking process was smooth and I had no issues with the host. However, the house was not as clean as I expected it to be. Tubs were dirty, sinks were clogged and food was between the couches. Also, it was a major inconvenience to pay $10 per package delivered as our packages had to be dropped off to the club house instead of by our front door. This should be mentioned at the offset of renting your property. Regardless my overall experience was a pleasant one.

Great stay and great location

Our family had a wonderful time at Paradise Palm. The house was as described, clean spacious and well appointed, everyone was comfortable. The location from airport and attractions was great, no more that 30 minutes to everything. Was a blast and highly recommend staying at this listing for a great family Disney vacation!!

Great home!

This is a great home for families. The home is spacious and the clubhouse great. The only negative would be it needs new carpet and mattresses and mattress covers. Also providing a bit more toilet paper would be nice and kitchen hand towels. Just small things. Overall really wonderful.
