The Space:
This 2,570 sq ft| 239 sqm 2-story home is perfect for families with kids or groups traveling together to the vacation capital of the world to visit Disney and surrounding theme parks. The home is located in Encore Resort at Reunion Community, and guests of this property have access to the on-site restaurant, convenience store and basketball court, should you choose. (**Please note, however, this property does not have access to the other amenities at the clubhouse nor access to Encore’s water park. There is plenty to do at the home with a private pool, whirlpool spa & in-home fun room, there will hardly be a lack of things to do!)

The main spaces of the home:

- LUMINOUS OPEN PLAN LIVING SPACE, which is great for interacting and spending downtime together at home with plenty of sofa seating for relaxing moments, a large wall-mounted Smart TV & direct access to the pool and outdoor patio area.

- A FULLY-EQUIPPED KITCHEN with granite countertops, high-end appliances, all you’d need to prepare meals at home, and even a DISHWASHER for easy clean-ups!

- A CENTER ISLAND/BREAKFAST BAR with 4 bar chairs for a snacktime or meal prep spot to sit.

- A DINING AREA & table to comfortably seat 8 peaceful sit-down meals at home with a view to the pool.

- A PRIVATE POOL ready for you anytime! There is a WHIRLPOOL SPA, sun loungers, and a COVERED OUTDOOR DINING AREA & BBQ grill (for a rental fee per stay) for pool days at home.

- 5 stylish and comfortable BEDROOMS, 4 FULL BATHROOMS & a HALF BATH to accommodate 12 guests comfortably as such:

The Encore Resort at Reunion is only 9 miles from the famous Walt Disney World and minutes from all of Orlando’s other famous theme parks and attractions. The home is also conveniently located within minutes of major superstores like Walmart, grocery stores, restaurants, bars, cafes, shopping centers, and outlet malls.

Fabulous Stay **Highly Recommend**

Our stay here was amazing and we can’t rate it highly enough. The villa has everything you need, it’s in a great location and the host was amazing with communication and assistance. We stayed as a family of 5 and we had loads of space and comfort. So much so that we went and bought one of the sofas to ship home to Scotland 😁. The pool area gets sun all day long, the games room is great, the bedrooms are very comfortable and the living area is superb. The location is perfect to travel anywhere around Orlando and the check-in/out process was a breeze. Thanks so much to Andrea for everything. We loved it here and if we’re back in Florida we will defo be booking this villa 🙌🙌🙌
