Guest Access:

Parking:

• You can park in the driveway, up to 4 vehicles. Guests can also park at the clubhouse, where overnight parking is allowed for up to 2 vehicles.



Property Access:

• Guests will enter the community through the security gate where they will be greeted by a guard. All guests gain full access to Bella Vida Resort and all of the amenities they offer. Bella Vida resort does not allow trailers of any kind (ie. boats, RV's, campers, U-Hauls, etc).



Resort Access:

• You’re provided with complimentary access to Bella Vida Resort

• Clubhouse is open daily from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, year-round



The Neighborhood:

Located at the Bella Vida Resort, just 5 miles form Walt Disney World, off US192 in Kissimmee. Theme parks and water parks are a short drive away, and you’ll be close to golf courses, restaurants and shopping.



Guests enjoy access to the resort facilities, including, a large community pool and sundeck, plenty of sports courts, a clubhouse, and over 15 acres of breathtaking lakes. It’s a great resort for families, there is a playground and shallow entry pool for younger children. Kids will enjoy spending time at the basketball and volleyball courts. You will also find a gym, table tennis, and foosball at the clubhouse.



Area attractions include all 4 Disney theme parks (Walt Disney World, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, and Animal Kingdom) plus both Disney water parks (Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon), Disney Springs, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, the all-new Volcano Bay water park at Universal, CityWalk, SeaWorld, and Discovery Cove.

• Pool and hot tub heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $35/night per service and $60/night for both, which we provide upon request. Please note that heating service is available with a minimum stay of 2 nights. Feel free to reach out for more details.



Pet Friendly:

• A pet fee of $129/pet per stay will be added at the time of booking if the pet is added to the reservation. If no pet is declared during booking, we will collect the fee separately. A maximum of 2 pets per stay is allowed, small and medium dogs up to 40 lbs.

• If you have more than one pet, please note that an extra fee per pet will also be collected after booking confirmation.

• Your BBQ comes with a complimentary full propane tank at check-in! Running low? Get a one-time refill for just $55 and keep the grill going!
