Villas at Seven Dwarfs Lane a premier resort and vacation rentals in the Disney area. Its close proximity to Orlando's world-renowned attractions is unrivalled. Disney World is only 3 miles away, and the many shops and restaurants of HWY 192 are within walking distance. Staying in our 4 bedroom Villa gives you automatic membership, to all the amenities this private resort has to offer, for the duration of your stay. There is a luxury clubhouse and recreation center including an elegant lounge room, game room, fitness center, reading area, business center and library; which are all open until 11:00 pm. Outside, the activities just keep getting better; the centerpiece is the huge heated swimming pool with wrap-around sundeck and dynamic splash area with water features. There is also a fishing pond, car wash, playground, BBQ/picnic area, sand volleyball, and tennis and basketball courts, Tiki Bar. For your security, the resort is guarded and gated 24/7.

For that home away from home feeling, our Villa is professionally decorated and features a few extras, including: WIFI wireless internet access, a large LCD TV, LG surround sound system playing Premium Movie Channels and DVD/Cable TV in all bedrooms. The master bedroom located on the first floor features a king size bed and therapeutic jetted spa tub. The remaining 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms are on the second floor. The first features a queen size bed and private bathroom. The last two each include 2 twin beds and a themed Tinkerbell and Mickey Mouse and Friends décor. Note: Any bookings 6 NIGHTS or less will incur an additional 135$ cleaning fee.

Appreciated the four bedrooms and great pool, tennis courts and basketball courts on site. Had one minor issue and Corey responded very quickly. It was resolved the same day. Great spot and great host!

This is a great property!The price is much more affordable than other comparable properties. The unit is clean and well cared for, the amenities of the pool, playground and clubhouse were a welcome break from the Disney parks. Speaking of parks, you are in closer proximity, only takes about 15 minutes to get there, as well as shopping opportunities are close.The communication from the owner is fantastic, and if you are a first responder you get a great deal.The only small notes are the oven is a bit dated and takes a while to heat up. Additionally, you do need to buy staples like toilet paper, extra bags and paper towels so make a stop on your way when you buy your food and add that to your list.Great way to stay with a couple families to accomodate everyone! Will definitely stay again, thank you!Angelina

Excellent location, the house is full equipted, we made turkey for Thanksgiving even!. Tons of amenites to use, parking space. The host was super responsive, always checking and answering our questions. We had a great time! Thanks!

From the moment I reached out on VR BO the process was seamless, and all of my expectations were met. The property is well maintained, has everything a family or small group would need to have a home base. Centrally located to all Orlando events, whether that be golf or theme parks just about anything you would consider is a very short drive. Host was amazing and very quick to respond. . highly recommend.

The property was clean and exactly as it was presented in the listing. Pros: Lovely space QUIET!!! Pool Proximity to WDW Beds and couches were comfortable Cons: A/C-not being able to set it below 74° was tough. Downstairs was fine, but upstairs did get pretty warm. There were NO necessities on property: no napkins, no paper towels, not even a sponge. And no salt and pepper!! Every vacation rental we've stayed in has had those things (even if it was just leftovers from previous renters), so to have to run out and buy all of it for our short stay was unexpected. The instructions abt the trash were very confusing. Every set of instructions (email, in the binder, and on the door) was different! We figured it out--it was very simple--but having so many different instructions was very stressful. All in all in was a good experience!

This home was beautiful! Better than expected. The kids loved the themed rooms, it had 2 master bedrooms, the pool and splash pad was so nice to have at just a walking distance. The gated community was great. Close to everything. We would definitely stay here again. The owner communicated to well and was very accommodating.

Lots of plusses on this property. Very roomy and has everything you need for a short or long stay. My only complaint would be the ac unit is very loud downstairs and upstairs is pretty warm. Otherwise we were very pleased! Great stay for the price!

We have 6 school age kids and loved staying here. It was a short 15 minute drive to Disney during traffic and was exactly what we were looking for. The kids love using the community pool & splash pad. The teens loved the basketball court & tennis courts. We also enjoyed the hot tub and Mom enjoyed getting drinks at the tiki bar🍹. We would definitely stay here again!
