Great stay at Orient Bay!

Wonderful property within great community. Wonderful pool overlooking the bay. Great location right across from some of the best restaurants and beach on the island. Hope to stay again soon!

We had a wonderful stay. The house is beautiful and views are wonderful. Very short distance to a lot of great restaurants. The host was great. He met us at check in and stopped by before we left.

Amazing in Every Way

We have stayed in numerous VRBOs and this is by far the best place we have ever stepped foot in. The owner is friendly and professional and the villa is breathtakingly gorgeous. Every thing about this place was perfect. From the location and ambience to the magnificent furnishings—— all fantastic. We enjoyed having coffee each day with this view. We hope to come back again when we can!

Happy 60th Birthday for my wife.

This was a spectacular stay. The Villa was amazing. The view of the Bay was nice to wake up to each day. Would highly recommend staying here. We celebrated my wives 60th Birthday with friends and all had a great time.

10 Fabulous Days In Orientation Bay

Villa Topaz was a wonderful place to stay! Severine and Alex have created a chic and beautiful environment that offers an incredible view of Orient Bay. We enjoyed exploring the island, dining at great restaurants, and coming back for refreshing afternoon swims in the beautiful infinity pool.

Top rated property

We had an amazing stay. We vacationed with three couples and the space was perfect. Great location! Pool was awesome after a day of venturing around the island to relax in before we would go out to dinner either in Orient village or Grand Case both close and a lot of great choices and an easy drive! We enjoyed dinner at Blue Martini in Grand Case and Kayaking with Caribbean paddling! Can’t wait to visit again!

Could not have booked a better place. Alex and Severine were amazing hosts and responded to any questions immediately. The whole house is visually stimulating and extremely comfortable. I would encourage anyone looking to book in the Orient area to look at staying here.

The pictures were a perfect representation of the property. The owners were very responsive and offered additional help like grocery delivery and car rental. We will definitely come back and stay again! It was an added bonus to have maid service throughout our stay.

Amazing Villa!

We had the most amazing week at Alex and Severine’s villa. The view was phenomenal, as was the infinity pool, gym and overall accommodations. Alex and Severine were extremely accommodating and responded quickly to our messages. Thank you for having us and we can’t wait to come back and stay at this villa again!
