"Beautiful villa with outstanding views and proximity to Orient Village and Bay. The pictures don't lie - this property is stunning. Easy check in process which included a welcome drink at a local restaurant owned by the host. The host (and property owner) lives next door and was super responsive to any of our needs. He was onsite in minutes to address any questions we had and even brought us a bag of ice when the ice maker ran low. Super property with a very attentive host!"

"Villa Kea was exactly like the description and the location was perfect. We could walk to the beach each day and even for dinner at one of the many restaurants in the center of Orient Beach. The pool was a cool relief after a hot day on the beach. Maly gave us many restaurant and shopping recommendations. She was available and very responsive when we had any questions. We can’t wait to book our vacation next year to St. Martin."

"We had a great time staying here. Some of the dishes, utensils and cookware could use updating, but all was functional. Bring bug spray for the mosquitos. Very good location being close to grocery and restaurants. A rental car is needed if you plan on going anywhere. The roads everywhere are narrow and there is no sidewalks. The views were spectacular."

"As usual our property manager Moune was available and had the home ready. This property sits a few hundred feet from the beach but has its own pool. Quite comforting the water storage on the property since we have been on the island for many water shutdowns… everything was perfect this trip. We will definitely be back to hopefully stay in one of Moune’s managed properties."

"Wifi was awful. Only had access if you were near pool or somewhat inside of it. Hostess was not as helpful as we thought . Villa was beautiful but very far location, took us about 2 and a half hours to get a cab to pick us up after settling in. Hostess never greeted us, her husband did and he was pretty nice and helpful in the bit of language barrier we had."

"Beautiful Villa with 3 spacious bedrooms. Pool was excellent. Kitchen has everything you need. Felt very safe here with locked gate. Host was always available if we needed and met us on arrival and departure. The town even had a water shut off that we didn’t know about and host came to turn on backup water beforehand so we didn’t have to do anything. Host accommodated our 9 month old with pack and play and highchair which was a lifesaver. 2 parking spaces, two beautiful bathrooms great showers....
