Villa Jasmin is a contemporary house of 230m²
Located in the heights of Mont Vernont, in a secure residence, it offers breathtaking views of the Pinel, Tintamarre and Caye Verte islands.
Villa Jasmin is ideal for families or a group of friends
It is both user-friendly but large enough for everyone's independence.
You can enjoy the legendary Caribbean sweetness on a large outdoor terrace of 180m² including: a salt and counter-current swimming pool, deckchairs, parasols, deckchairs, lounge and dining table under a covered terrace, pétanque area.
The villa is composed of 4 double and spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and dressing room as well as a marvelous sea view!
.3 extra beds are also available.
Thanks to direct access to the terrace, the living room, the dining room and the American kitchen become living spaces bathed in light and open to a 180 ° ocean view.

St Martin chic

A terrific house in a good location. The layout of the house worked well for us and the interiors were what could be expected at a top-notch resort. As an avid cook, I appreciated the well-stocked kitchen.

Ideal for two families

Jazmin was ideal for our two families with teens. The house is laid out in a long row with locked off bedroom - kitchen - living - dining - bedroom - bedroom- bedroom. As noted in other reviews, the two middle bedrooms only have showers and sinks, but no toilet. So our teens slept in those and shared the small hallway toilet. The outside space is quite expansive and where we spent most of our time. Pool was warmed to a perfect temperature. Maly made our planning and stay a breeze. She was readily available via WhatsApp for a few questions that we had. We drove everywhere from the house, as the hills are too steep to walk. The rental agency Maly referred for car rentals made pickup and return to the airport easy, too.

Simply the best!

Do yourself a favor and stay at this wonderful villa within a 5-10 min car ride to some of the most beautiful beaches and delicious restaurants in the world. We’ve passed through St Martin a dozen times over the years on our way to St Barths or Anguilla but never had the opportunity to stay on the island. With a larger family group (2 kids under 6 and grandparents) and a desire to avoid extra travel time, we felt like Villa Jasmin provided everything we were looking for - plenty of space for everyone, pool, stocked kitchen, near-by grocery store, and easy access to all the beaches/restaurants. We feel like we lucked out on a hidden gem and can’t wait to plan another trip. As first timers on the island, Maly could not have been more helpful. She made lunch, beach, and dinner reservations every day (daunting over Festive Week!) and made several changes for weather setbacks or to accommodate our kids who requested to go back to Orient Beach (again and again for the big waves). It was truly a wonderful trip - thank you Villa Jasmin and Maly!

Villa Jasmin July 2022

The property was beautiful and communication by our host was excellent. The pool and patio are especially enjoyable. The driveway is very steep and can be challenging so you have to be careful when approaching the villa. The bedrooms were all very comfortable and well appointed. The location is perfect for accessing the beach at Orient Bay and saving money on chairs and umbrellas at select restaurants is much appreciated. Overall, it is great place to stay.

Best vacation stay ever!!!

We have stayed in dozens of properties throughout the Caribbean, and this was hands down the best stay at any vacation property. Everything from the photos of the villa is accurate, with the breathtaking view and amazing amenities. Maly also made this stay extra special by catering to our every need, making reservations and recommendations which were superb! She also guided us in the checkin/testing process with ease. We used banana rental and the trip from the airport to this amazing villa was a breeze! highly recommend. The villa is clean, spacious and very comfortable. The pool was amazing and heated as an extra bonus thanks again to Maly! The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly imagine and more! The rooms were spacious and each felt like their own suite with incredible views. The villa is also in a perfect location to shopping, Grand Case and Orient Bae which we frequented often. We already made plans to return in a few months to stay at one the villas she manages and I would highly recommend that since all of her suggestions were spot on! 5 star experience!

Beautiful design, well located, perfect for family!

Lovely designed home with extensive private outdoor space to relax and spread out as well as very comfortable indoor bedrooms and living space. Maly was attentive throughout the entire process even making dinner, lunch and beach reservations for us during our time at Villa Jasmin. Home feels secure and private with two gates. The well-furnished kitchen including basic pantry items is a bonus. Two things to know: drive is very steep but manageable and bathrooms are not fully closed from bedroom if you demand complete privacy— neither was an issue for our group. Overall a wonderful, relaxing place to stay and very convenient to beaches, grocery, bakery, restaurants.
