Paradise- low maintenance with amenities

We stayed for 7 days with our 2 year old and had a fantastic time. The pool was perfect for nap time so we weren’t stuck in the house or hotel room. The location is great, cute shops and restaurants within walking. Beds were very comfortable and AC worked great! Thank you!

Spring getaway 2025

Could not have asked for a better experience.Perfect for family of 4 adults and 2 grandchildren. Between the Beaches and the pool for a weeks stay both kids aged 5 and 6Have learned how to swim quite well.We have been to Orient Bay/Village a few timesAnd will return to Isabelle’s Village Beach House without hesitation.Simply put, did not want the leave.

Amazing property and perfect , beautiful location.

Our family of 6 adults enjoyed this property. The walking distance to everything is perfect. The vibe is spot on.Everyone is right, the mosquitos are no joke. Not the fault of anyone but nature. We would go back here in a heartbeat. The only reason why I am giving a 4 on cleanliness is because we found a dead mouse by the pool upon arrival.

Isabelle est une personne disponible et fais tout pour que notre séjour soit parfait.Petite attention a notre arrivée soit une petite bouteille de rhum local et de la confiture locale. Toutefois juste un rouleau 1/2.

Amazing!!!!

We absolutely loved our stay. Great communication with the hosts. VRBO was very clean and full of ammenties. We loved hanging out by the pool/patio, the open concept was great. Only a 5 minute walk to the beach and plenty of nice restaurants. There were a lot "no-see-ums" bites and the host did provide bug spray and electric fly swatters, but just unavoidable I think. Would highly recommend and 100% stay here again.

First time but hope it won't be the last!

We had a wonderful time! The house met all our needs and more, and the communication was just great. We stayed 2 weeks and it was very comfortable. We appreciated the space, the decor, the washing machine and pool, and the proximity to the beach and restaurants. Any questions we had were quickly answered. It was our first time and it was a special occasion, and it felt that way- many thanks for a wonderful time!

Beach wedding stay

Excellent location for access to both the beach and the village. House was spacious, comfortable, tastefullly decorated and super clean. Amenities provided far exceeded our expectations. Open air living space was very nice with the exception of the mosquitoes.

Amazing Experience!

This property is exactly as described and all the reviews are spot on! Beautiful home in a perfect location for walking to restaurants and beaches. We did have a rental car for exploring the island but stayed close for most meals and trips to the beach. It was quite warm, as one would expect in mid-June. Bedrooms have efficient AC that allowed for comfortable sleeping and the pool was a godsend. We’ll be back!

Wonderful stay!!

We had a wonderful time in SXM. Philippe made our stay easy and he always kept in close contact if we had any questions. The condo is just as it’s listed and truly has everything you could need. Very close walking distance to the beach, restaurants, etc. condo was very clean, beds comfy, and pool is nice. 10/10 !

Fabulous Beach House

Thank you Isabelle for your hospitality and Phil for your assistance. The beach house is lovely- we loved the indoor/outdoor living, and pool area fringed by palms. The house was equipped and stocked with every convenience. Proximity to stores and amazing beach was a highlight, an easy walk. This is a lovely beach retreat to be recommended. We felt we must add a comment on the noise from the residence attached to the house. Work was underway on the neighbouring house , with noise from extremely loud power-washing on the deck for extended periods Friday and Saturday during supper hour and evenings ( a few inches from our dining table). We certainly understand that work needs to be done, but it was a reminder that a holiday stay can be greatly impacted, negatively or positively, by the proximity and thoughtfulness of neighbours in attached residences.

Perfect Stay

Villa Beach House was everything we expected and more. Communication with Isabel before our stay and with Phillipe while we were there was great. The Villa is very private as promised and we were able to enjoy the pool and outdoor space in total privacy. The location is just a short walk to the village and beach. The kitchen, dinning and living room are open to the outside when the doors are open so we would suggest having some mosquito repellant to help keep them away. We will be back next year.

Beautiful and convenient!

We always come to Orient Bay when visiting St. Martin, but never stayed right in town. This rental is did not disappoint. The location is amazing: very quick walk to Orient beach, shops, and restaurants. The larger grocery store and other amenities are just a 5 min drive away. The house itself is excellent too. It was clean and well-stocked with things like kitchen amenities and towels. The beds are big and comfortable, the AC units keep the bedrooms cool, and there is plenty of closet space. The pool area is a wonderful oasis. The house manager, Philippe, is helpful and responsive. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend you do too!

Christmas Break Trip!

We had a fantastic time at the Villa! It’s so conveniently located to restaurants, shops, beaches etc. Isabella was easy to get a hold of and very helpful. Everything was clean and exactly what we needed. It was the perfect Christmas getaway for our family of 5! We will absolutely be back!

Des vacances incroyables

Nous avons grandement apprécié nos vacances à la villa beach house ! La maison est hyper bien équipée et était hyper propre. Nous avons été grandement surpris d'ailleurs, car nous ne nous attendions pas à une maison aussi bien pour les caraïbes. La maison est très bien située. Nous n’hésiterions pas à y retourner !

Amazing location! Beautiful pool area!

We had a fabulous vacation! Close to the beach, market and restaurants. Food was amazing! The property was as beautiful as the pictures and very comfortable. Communicating with the host was easy. Saint Martin experiences periodic loss of water. We experienced it two days in a row for 12 to 18 hours. It would not deter us from returning!

Lovely Beach House on Orient Bay

This is our second time visiting the wonderful Beach House. It is immensely comfortable. We love the open downstairs which lets us feel as if we are outside even when we are in. And the pool is picture perfect. Additionally, we are just steps from the wonderful Orient Bay shops and restaurants. We wouldn't think of staying anywhere else on Saint Martin!

Beautiful Beach Villa

This Beach House Villa was a delight to stay in. It’s in a great location and is an easy walk to the beach and some great restaurants. The private pool is a very nice and provides a nice relaxing space.
