This spacious 2-bedroom apartment is perfect for up to 6 guests. It features a king bed, queen bed, full bath, walk-in closet, fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, high-speed Wi-Fi, and luxury linens. Enjoy resort-style amenities including a 24-hour gym, bowling alley, pool (June-Sept), and year-round hot tub. Located next to UVU, with easy access to Top Golf, theaters, Provo Airport, and Utah Lake. Ideal for families, business travelers, and sports fans!

We have a Ring doorbell camera on the front door and back patio.

There are no cameras inside the property.

We have a noise monitoring system.
❖ We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay.

❖ There is a $75 fee per 3o minutes for all unapproved late departures.

❖ No smoking ANYWHERE. If there is any evidence of smoking discovered in the unit or on the porch/balcony a $200 fine will be imposed immediately.

❖ We are not responsible or liable for any accident, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises, or in or around the hot tub/pool area.

❖ No disturbances to other residents. This includes loud music, loud noises, or any other type of disturbances. As per local ordinances quiet hours are from 10 pm until 8 am. As a courtesy, the host will reach out only ONCE to inform guests of any loud noises/disturbances (as we monitor noise levels) in order for guest to correct the issue. If there is another incident, guests will be asked to vacate the unit immediately.

❖ NO packages of ANY kind are allowed to be shipped to this address.

❖ Our home has a Ring security system which has a doorbell camera on the front and back door of the unit for the safety and security of our guests and the property. ANY tampering with the camera equipment will result in a $99 replacement fee.

❖ We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. There will be a shipping and handling fee for returning requested items to you.

❖ Please help keep our towels white by not using them for makeup or cleaning. Dark colored towels specifically labeled for Makeup have been provided.

❖ In an effort to maintain an allergen free environment, please leave your furry friends at home. A fine of $250 will be assessed for any instance of pets entering our unit.

❖ When your stay is complete, please leave the key fob on the counter before you leave. If the key is lost you could be charged $50 for a replacement as well as $50 for the parking pass.

❖ There is free uncovered parking available.

❖ Remember you are a guest of Canyon Vista Enterprises LLC. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to our team only via the Airbnb messaging app.

We came to Orem for my daughter’s soccer games at Epic Sports Park. We stayed 4 nights and it was a great experience! The two-bedroom apartment was very clean, spacious, thoughtfully decorated and well laid out. Even though it’s in a busy area, it was surprisingly quiet inside—we rarely heard any outside noise or noise from neighbors.The location was convenient, with many restaurant options nearby. We also appreciated having TVs in both bedrooms as well as in the main living area. The closets were large and easily fit all of our luggage.Overall, this was a comfortable and convenient place to stay and we would happily book it again!

Room was great! As advertised. All the amenities. Shower was terrific. Kitchen well equipped as well. The complex had a free bowling alley, rock climbing wall, workout room, pool and two hot tubs. Grandchildren had a blast. The location was central to everything we wanted.

Great location

Great location to UVU and Vineyard. Visiting our college son, nieces and nephews. Complex had fun amenities. Apartment was comfortable. We liked to firm mattress. Some stains on floor from previous renters but not a big deal. We will definitely consider staying again if we return to Orem.

Everything Was Great!!

Fabulous location of the apt in the complex 1st flr & near the 15 fwy. So close to a 24 hr gas lg station, Walmart, & the LDS Orem Temple. Layout is perfect for 2 couples, friends that are traveling together w/2 separate bedroom suites w/full bathrms in each suite. A queen bed & king bed, with a couch bed pull out. Nice fam friendly pool & jacuzzi, and a mini rock wall in community club house. Very clean, modern, will def stay here again!

Nice, new, clean, roomy, 2 BR, 2BA Apt w/ well furnished kitchen.

Host was very responsive and check-in was easy. Apartment was very nice, roomy and clean. Kitchen was well furnished. Filtered water in the fridge upon arrival was appreciated as well as selection of coffee, teas, and spices for cooking. Apartment was as shown, complete with full size washer and dryer. Complex was nice, well maintained. We enjoyed the gym and pool. Saw other amenities in club house: pool table, bowling alley but didn't use. Parking lot is monitored so be sure to display the parking pass if you have a vehicle.

Overall met our needs

Overall the place met our needs. Location was great for us. Pros. We enjoyed the comfy beds and showers, the neat and tidy space, laundry and a big kitchen. Cons. You can hear the neighbors upstairs day and night including an electric guitar that started at midnight on a week night. One of us went upstairs and had to ask them the stop. The lights flicker constantly at random. WiFi is slow.

Perfect stay close to UVU

We were in town for just a few days to visit our son at UVU. This apartment is perfect for a small family, and we enjoyed staying there. It was spotlessly clean, convenient to everything, had all the amenities we needed (shampoo, towels, kitchen utensils, cookware, etc.). The apartment was quiet, wonderfully decorated, and comfortable. We will definitely be booking here next time we are in town.
