Sunset Vista is spectacular. This property was clean & very comfortable. The hosts were quickly responsive to questions & very helpful. A notebook for guests was filled with great ideas for things to do and some lesser-known hikes.

Had an absolute incredible time at the property. Kraig and Logan were on top of everything. We had a family of 10 and we should have brought more.. place is huge and very peaceful. Appreciate the great experience!

We had an excellent stay! Our group of eight hiking friends had more than enough room to spread out and relax after long days on the trails. The kitchen was spacious, exceptionally well stocked, and made it easy to prepare meals together.The location was one of the biggest highlights. It was a perfect home base for exploring Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon, the North Rim of the Grand Canyon, Kanab, and several other incredible destinations in southern Utah and northern Arizona. We especially appreciated being able to get an early start into Zion and beat the crowds each morning, which made a huge difference on our hiking days.The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly what our group needed. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone planning an adventure in the area.

Beautiful home!! The accommodations were great for our family of eight. The location was perfectly situated between Zion and Bryce Canyon. We utilized the fun excursions at East Zion Adventures near the VRBO at Ponderosa Ranch. So happy we found this place! Don’t hesitate - just book it!!

Photos of the home looked too good to be real. It’s real, and it’s spectacular! Our group enjoyed the fully equipped kitchen, the view out the panoramic windows, the bedrooms and private baths. Location is very close to Zion and neighborhood is very private. We hope to have a chance to stay again.

The house was just what we wanted. We had a total of eleven family members. All bedrooms have their own bathroom and shower. We had everything we could want, very clean and plenty of dishes, silverware, pots, and pans. The gas grill worked great, and the hot tub was a treat after hiking all day. The hosts kept in contact for anything we needed, but we did not need anything from them.

This is a beautiful property and very clean. All conveniences were provided so all you need to bring are your clothes. The host was extremely responsive and fantastic to work with. The drive down the mountain to Zion is about 30-40 minutes depending if you get behind a slow driver. We loved this house and definitely recommend staying here.

Everything you could imagine and more ready for us. This is a fabulous place to stay and the kids loved it also. Walking trails nearby and best of all a ranch resort, with pool, mini golf etc. traveled the Zion road many times as it is kind of out there a little ways from downtown but really worth the drive everyday we had centralized activities planned. Don’t forget your receipt or pass as you will need to pay again. Hot tub, great kitchen with plenty to use to keep everyone going. Highly recommended.

Amazing Stay

Group of six adults and five children stayed for five nights - we wish we could have stayed longer! Phenomenal house in a great location. Absolutely loved everything about our stay at this lovely home.

Beautiful property

Three generations of our family enjoyed a week at this gorgeous property. We have vacationed together for years at lovely locations, but this home was the most well appointed we have ever stayed at. We enjoyed the comfort of the home and seeing the wildlife in the immediate area. We all left with great memories of the North Rim, Zion, and Bryce Canyon, as well as our time together in this beautiful home.

Our family had a wonderful time staying in this lovely house on our recent trip to Zion! There was plenty of space for everyone and our kids enjoyed the toys and games. The view is beautiful and we took advantage of the hiking trail right outside of the house to take some quiet walks. The hot tub was clean and a big hit as well. We would definitely recommend staying at this house!

Beautiful, spacious house for family reunion

We had a wonderful time on our annual national park trip reunion. We had grandparents and young kids and everyone enjoyed the spacious house, especially the kitchen and common area. Easy distance from Zion, Bryce and the red slot canyon tours.

Resort Style Dream

The home was breathtakingly beautiful. The home was well stocked yet not overly ‘homey’. It was pristine and the property was even more beautiful. You’ll be amazed at check-in and sad to leave at check out. We will definitely be returning!
