"Cute, modernized, perfect location if you want to visit both parks. Wished it was a bit cleaner - repaint window sills, several hairs in the sheets. Otherwise comfortable and perfect if you need a convenient place to crash after a long day of hiking. Wish owner would provide written instructions in unit on how to operate air conditioner/heater and the hot plate which only works with the pan they provide."

"The house was very clean and just as depicted in the photos. The host was extremely prompt in answering all of my questions. She even delivered a pizza cutter to us 15 minutes after we requested it. The new addition of a hot tub was an amazing bonus after hiking all day. The property was located equally between Bryce and Zion which was perfect for us. "
