"I liked the swim up bar and the beach being so close. Unfortunately they fell short for cleanliness around the pool and allowing cups/dishes to pile up. They also allow guest to come down super early in the morning and put towels on chairs and then not attend the pool all day till late afternoon ..."

"DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! I have no idea how this place has such great reviews, that being the main reason I booked here. However from the terrible attitudes and just down right bad customer service from the hotel staff (worker at the cafe, bars, restaurants, front desk workers) to how poorly the property ..."
