The stunning views continue inside the Royal Beach View Two-bedroom condo thanks to the sliding glass doors and large windows throughout this condo. The open-plan living area is provided with a large Smart TV, a leather sofa-bed (with a double-size mattress), an 8-seat round dining table, and a full-sized fully equipped modern kitchen with 4-barstools. In the entrance hallway, there is a half bathroom and a laundry room with washer-dryer and storage facilities.
The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, a Smart TV, built-in closets, and access to the balcony with breathtaking views. The primary bedroom offers a full modern en-suite bathroom with a shower. The large second bedroom has two queen-size beds, a Smart TV, built-in closets, and access to the balcony with breathtaking views. The beach access gate is only about 100 yards from Eagle Beach. Other resort facilities include a children's playground, a fitness room, an alfresco dining area with 2 BBQ grills plus an ice machine, and a rooftop to enjoy Aruba's sunsets. On-site there is a spa: Blue Waters Day Spa. Ample free parking available within the 24/7 secured gated complex. Beach towels are provided for all of our Prestige guests upon check-in, and they can be exchanged once per day for no additional cost at our Prestige LeVent desk in the lobby. Additionally, each of the LeVent rental properties managed by Prestige Vacations Aruba is also provided with its own portable beach chairs (stored away on the ground floor of the premises) and coolers that can be taken to the beach.
