Villa 88 sits on a quiet residential street in East Orange, a short drive from the CBD and its cafes, parks and boutique shops. Orange's dining scene is one of the region's drawcards — Lolli Redini on Sale Street is the city's only Hatted restaurant, Charred Kitchen and Bar serves wood-fired regional produce, and Union Bank's heritage building houses both The Schoolhouse Restaurant and Arthouse Bar & Courtyard. Cook Park's heritage gardens and Blowes Conservatory are nearby, Nile Street Cafe is around the corner, Orange train station is an 8-minute walk and Kinross Wolaroi School is a 3-minute drive. The Lake Canobolas vineyards — including Borrodell Estate — sit around 10 to 15 minutes by car, with Borenore Caves and walking tracks a little further out.
