Great cottage stay, great location, close enough to shops, kitchen great with all utensils required and stove/ oven good working order. Had a really lovely feel , nice to come in with air conditioner already (cold day) on for arrival with jazz music playing. Would highly recommend and no hesitation staying again.

Great little house, close to shops, beautifully renovated, nice rooms. The only thing I’d change is the couch as not too comfortable but , other than that, great. We loved it and even wanted to stay longer but the house was already booked. We will consider going again…

A little gem

A wonderful place to stay in Orange, renovated and stylish, very clean and all around comfortable. Great communication by the host too. Can highly recommend staying here.

Fantastic

We loved this place. Will definitely book it again, we have already let friends know about it. There is a connected town house next door too so we are hoping to get a group of us to go next time. Thank you for a lovely stay.

We were pleasantly surprised to find a beautifully decorated accomodation near the heart of Orange. A credit to Your Stay Group for its cleanliness and welcoming accomodation. Absolutely gorgeous! We look forward to our next stay.

Few days in Orange

Lovely property, decorated beautifully Enjoyed the outdoor area with the bbq. Has everything you need. Close to town. We stayed in the property next door last year

Edward Street Property

I've been staying in Orange for the past 6 months and the Edward street properties are excellent - great location, facilities and beds are also great. These feel like home and make it enjoyable when working away from home.

This is one of the nicest properties that we have stayed at in Orange. Beautiful decor, comfy beds and all the facilities that we needed. We wish we could have stayed longer! My only gripe would be that dealing with the Stayz app is a pain - there are about 3 apps you have to download to get information on checking into the house and if you are low on data, this is difficult. Oh, also - the front room is quite noisy from traffic in the morning - beware!

Excellent location

This lovely house was the perfect location for our holiday in Orange. Walking distance to shops and cafes. A good size house with pretty much everything we needed. It’s an old house but it’s comfortable and has character. The managers are responsive and helpful.

Christmas stay

Property was well appointed and comfortable. Two things to keep in mind: dinner plates don’t fit in the dishwasher and when we stayed the outside garbage bin was pretty full and did smell. Didn’t help that it was high summer and the day before bin collection. Otherwise would recommend the spot for a family of 3-4. It’s all double beds and a roll out. We were a family of six and the kids are two grown up to share a bed. So we had one on the couch and one on the roll away.

Lovely place

Beautifully appointed home, with stylish fittings - exactly as you see in the photos. Excellent communications and easy check-in process. It could be a bit cleaner - we found a lot of dust and cobwebs. And the rug in the living room - although beautiful - probably should be replaced because the rolled edge is a trip hazard. Note also that while the property is lovely and is set in a nice street, it is not located in the "Paris" end of Orange. It is close to the main highway so the walk into town is charmless.

cosy cottage experience.

Had a 2 night stay in winter. Heating in house was welcomed and necessary. Bed very comfy and linen excellent. Some stays supply thin useless toilet paper but not here. If in Orange again I’d love to stay here again.

Great location, close to town

The location to town is great. Short walk to great gin Bar, Charred restaurant and easy walk into town. Amenities are a little basic for price, the periodic property has charm and great for entertaining but did suffer from damp.

great little house

Perfect set up for our family to explore the local area. Plenty of room outside to keep bikes. Heaps of parking. Little bit of traffic noise through the night in the front bedroom. House suited us perfectly.
