    Welcome to the beautiful Elm Tree Cottage.

    Situated just moments from the Idyllic Cook Park and a stone's throw from town, you are in the perfect location to explore our gorgeous region.



    Circa 1890, this sweet and character-filled cottage will have you feeling right at home. Guests will love the cosy beds, gas log fireplace and the amazing patio that is perfect for a local glass of wine or for unwinding with your favourite book.

    Our home has a gas log fire place in the main lounge area, and a split system in the main bedroom.

    There is an additional freestanding electric heater and pedestal for use in the second bedroom.

    There are two ceiling fans, one located in the second living area and the other in the main bedroom.

    Our area is the perfect place to stay if you want to experience the best of Orange. This quiet residential neighborhood is conveniently located near all the local attractions, shops, and restaurants that make Orange such a wonderful place to visit.



    In the neighbourhood, you'll find several parks such as Cook Park and Elephant Park to enjoy a morning walk or picnic, and there are also plenty of local shops, cafes, and restaurants within walking distance. Our top picks for your morning coffee are Byng St Cafe, Anything Grows and Omar Academy Coffee which are all within a 10 minutes walk.



    Birdie, Raku Izakaya and The Union Bank are all a short walk from the home and are incredible restaurants. 'The Sonic' - home to Jumbled and Gather Cafe are also close by for your shopping fix and a bite to eat.



    Some of our best vineyards and cellar doors are as close as 5-10 minutes by car. Phillip Shaw being the closest at only a 5 minutes drive away.

The cottage is in a lovely location in leafy streets close to Cook Park and cafes. This is our second holiday at the cottage as it is a relaxing, well appointed, beautifully restored historic home. We’ll stay there again when we are in Orange.

This was a beautiful and comfortable home away from home with great outlook, the cutest back yard and comfortable beds. The gas heater fire place was cosy. All in all a stress free stay

Very rustic premises. Everything about the home provided a sense of comfort. The layout meant that we had privacy from each other. The kitchen had everything in it you would need. The beds were super comfortable. Close enough to the shopping centre.Altogether, we really enjoyed our stay.

Cosy cute cottage

The cottage was snug and cozy, with heaters and electric blankets in the bedrooms and a gas fire in the living room which was delightful for the cool spring evenings. Everything spotless and everything you could need. Could have used more detailed instructions for the gas heater, but owner responded instantly to my questions, and told me it will soon be replaced for a new model anyway. Would definitely return.
