Whitecaps 206 is a three-bedroom, two-bath, highly desired, corner unit. Located in the heart of Orange Beach with amazing Gulf-front views from the 2nd floor.

• Access to the extra-large balcony is from the living room and the primary bedroom

• Tile flooring is throughout the entire unit

• The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you could need in your home away from home. The dining area seats six and there are two bar stools for additional seating.

• The living room has a queen sofa sleeper

• The primary bedroom has a king-size bed

• The second bedroom has a king-size bed

• The third bedroom has two sets of twin bunk beds. *Children six years or younger should not be permitted on the top bunk.

• White Caps is a NO-SMOKING PROPERTY. This includes balcony areas.

• No waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out with keyless entry!

• A maximum of two cars is allowed. Parking is not allowed in covered spaces.

$400 FREE Activities Daily-Guests will receive one complimentary admission to our select activities per day. You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.

We had such a fun time celebrating my birthday and a last fun vacation for kiddos before school started at White Caps 206. The condo was spacious and the wrap around patio was amazing. We enjoyed all the pools and the very short walk to the beach everyday. If we could change anything about the stay it would have been for there to be more toilet paper for guests staying for longer stays and thicker blankets on the beds. :)

Beautiful view and wonderful stay

The place was exactly as described! Our most favorite part was the balcony and when not by the pool or beach, we were relaxing on the balcony! Check-in and check-out process was very easy! It was also a very convenient location with the Dollar General right across the street and Walmart a stoplight away.

Overall, the place was very nice and clean. Downsides: the bunk beds seemed wobbly, gym was very small, construction/renovations going on making lots of noise which was disturbing. My family really enjoyed the place/trip.

Girls getaway

The property was great. Easy parking. Condo had nice updated finishes. The view was great. Pool is gorgeous. The beds were comfortable. I am considering booking it again already for next year because we liked it that much.

Awesome stay in Orange Beach

The unit was very clean with comfortable beds. We had every amenity we needed. The location was excellent with easy access to the beach. Located on the 2nd floor was a really nice perk as the balcony overlooked the pool and then on to the ocean. The balcony was large with a very nice table and chairs. There were lots of great places to eat locally and grocery stores and general merchandise stores were convenient. I trip responded quickly and took care of any questions we had .

Girls Trip!

Wonderful stay! Room was clean and ready! Needed a closet in the bedroom with bunk beds. Only real complaint! Owner sent many emails before our trip which was really nice! Would definitely stay again!

Great Corner Unit

This unit was perfectly placed on the 2nd floor next to the stairwell and a trash shoot. It overlooks the pool and the beach offering an easy walk to get to either. The wrap around balcony provided a great space for morning coffee and watching afternoon sunsets. Overall, this unit was fabulous and we would stay there again.

We really enjoyed the property. The appliances in the condo were a bit dated (coffee machine could be replaced and there was no Keurig) but other than it was very clean and the furniture and mattress were very nice. We loved the patio furniture. As far as as the overall property, it too was bit dated but we appreciated how clean they kept the grounds and that we saw people working on renovations. We loved the beach access and that we could rent chairs and umbrellas right there on the beach. Oh and we LOVED the wrap around balcony and that everyone could get to the balcony from their rooms. That was a plus!

Excellent stay best experience!

Every fall break we always try to take our children to the beach and we are used to staying in a hotel every time. This is our first time staying in a condo and we had the best experience in this unit. Having a corner unit is a big advantage because all the rooms have access to the balcony. Also because it is in the second floor, it is very accessible from the parking lot and you don’t have to use the elevator. The rooms are very nice and clean. The floor was not mopped at all though when we got there. We had everything we need in the beautiful kitchen. We had a little incident when one of the dining chairs broke. We called the property manager’s number and they made sure we were all okay. Even the owner called and made sure that nobody was hurt. We had a great experience in this vacation unit and we are hoping to be able to rent this same unit again next time. Thank you so much!

Beach vaca

Loved that the condo is on the beach. It has an indoor pool and an outdoor pool along with a kiddie pool. Convenient location! A few cons- quite a few electrical outlets didn’t work, the fan in the bunk room is loose and made too much noise for the kids to sleep in there and the beds had sand in them before we slept in them. But overall we loved the condo with the wrap around balcony. We’d definitely stay there again.

Loved being on the 2nd floor so I didn’t have to use the elevator. Condo was nice but entire complex could use some cosmetic upgrades. Very short walk to the beach. The unit needed some TLC but wasn’t bad enough to affect our stay.

Perfect Condo with Huge Patio Overlooking Pool and Gulf

This condo is fantastic! It was very clean with nice decor. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. There is a coffee pot but be sure to bring filters. The bedrooms were spacious. The linens were a little wimpy due to their new Covid cleaning procedures. We actually had to get another blanket because the ones provided were too thin. Other than that, the beds and pillows were comfortable and everyone slept great. The balcony is huge! Even though it's only on the second floor, the views of the ocean and pool were incredible. In fact, the condo was directly across from the stairs which made access to the ground floor extremely convenient. The outdoor pool was very large and clean. The indoor pool and hot tub were a great bonus as well. I would highly recommend this place to others.
