Additional accommodations are provided by a sofa sleeper in the living room, allowing up to 12 guests to enjoy this beautiful space comfortably.

Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
New reservations booked after May 16th, 2025 will include two parking passes as part of your stay. Your parking passes will be waiting in your welcome packet at our Liquid Life Front desk. Please note: No refunds will be given for parking passes. Parking policies are set by the property’s HOA and may change throughout the year.

MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: January and February. To get a quote on the monthly rental rates, call our reservations team. Additional parking passes may be necessary for monthly rentals based on the length of stay and HOA requirements.

The minimum age to book this property is 25 years or older. Valid photo identification is required to verify age and ensure compliance with local regulations.
