Welcome to White Caps 104, your luxurious Gulf-front oasis offering breathtaking views and unparalleled comfort. Located on the 1st floor, this exquisite 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo features a large private balcony accessible from both the living room and Primary bedroom, allowing you to soak in the beauty of Orange Beach and the soothing sounds of the Gulf.

Conveniently located on the ground floor, this Orange Beach condo rental offers easy access to the pool and beach from your private balcony. Step outside and immerse yourself in the coastal atmosphere.

The Primary suite serves as a luxurious retreat, featuring a comfortable King bed, a private bath, a flat-screen TV, and direct balcony access for you to enjoy breathtaking views of the Gulf. The second bedroom boasts a Queen bed, while the third bedroom offers two Queen-sized beds, ensuring ample sleeping arrangements for up to 10 guests. Each guest room is equipped with a flat-screen TV for added convenience. Additionally, a sofa sleeper in the living room provides extra sleeping space.

Indulge your culinary desires in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with granite counters, where you can prepare delicious meals for your loved ones. A full-sized washer and dryer are provided for your convenience, along with free wireless internet access to stay connected. The complex is equipped with an outdoor pool for sunny day swims and an indoor pool for a more enclosed aquatic experience. The outdoor kiddie pool is a perfect spot for the little ones to splash and play safely. Guests looking to relax can enjoy the indoor hot tub, ideal for easing into a state of calm and relaxation. For those interested in staying active, the complex includes a tennis and pickleball court, providing a fun way to engage in sports. Guests can take advantage of the grilling area, perfect for outdoor dining and gatherings. The complex also features a boardwalk leading directly to the beach, with a rinse-off area for convenience after beach activities.

Had a fantastic 8 days at 104 White Caps in mid August. Often had the pool to ourselves in the morning or late afternoon and the beach is 1 minute from your room. Minor issue with patio door in master bedroom not opening to the balcony area but this is an easy fix and didn’t bother us too much. Kitchen had everything we needed and the appliances looked brand new to us and in good working order.

Problem after problem

Broken dishwasher, broken door, broken sliding door, messed up stove, couldn’t use patio gate because of “repairs”, couldn’t use the pool after sunset because lights “have a short out”, roaches in the bathroom. I had repair men in and out our whole stay, I was constant on the phone and texting with them INSTEAD of enjoying myself. Speaking with a Rep he assured me they would make it right. Then I get a text today 9/10/24 saying they weren’t going to do anything because they fixed everything. 😡

Birthday Beach Getaway

My children and I came down with friends for my 45th and my daughter’s 24th birthday! Our stay at White Caps was amazing. The facility was exactly as the pictures shown and we could not have been happier. Ocean front property, what a way to spend your birthday! We did have a mishap where the welcome packet with the parking passes were missing, I called immediately upon noticing and Liquid Life had someone there within 10-15 minutes with the packet and the parking passes. I would definitely recommend this rental to friends and family.

Great Stay

We arrived to our kitchen decorated for our 9 year olds birthday❤️ such a small gesture went along way! We had a great experience, easy check in and out, the pool was nice and clean. Our first night there we were missing a remote, property management was there within the hour with a new one. We had a great stay & would recommend this condo to our friends and family!

Awesome location

Easy access to this condo. Being on the ground floor we didn’t have the hassle of waiting for elevators and carrying everything up and down. The condo was very spacious for 6 adults and 2 children. This will be our next stay again!!!

A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE

This place deserves a NEGATIVE rating but since that isn’t optional then a 1 star is what they are gonna get but they don’t even deserve a one star!! This has been the absolute WORST CONDO in orange beach!! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY FOR THIS NASTY PLACE!! Checked in at 4:00 - condo was a complete mess, not cleaned at all (cleaners walking in behind us) Had to go buy a non needed cooler to store groceries that were bought before check in so they didn’t go bad bc we wasn’t able to get into our room until a hour in a half past check in time!! Spoke with customer service but they refused to do anything since it was “the weekend” .. spoke with management Monday EVENING FINALLY, & management was HORRIBLE!! 5:30 got into room - condo still dirty, sand and sea shell piles in one of the rooms, had to go to the store to buy cleaning supplies & cleaners came back AFTER I had already went and purchased the items to reclean it Stains on the couch & furniture is worn out and nasty One of the dresser bottom drawer broken in one of the guest rooms Blinds were broken in the master bedroom All Towels & bedding stunk and i had to completely rewash them Only Half the outlets work Beds hard as a rock, VERY UNCOMFORTABLE We Didn’t have sheets/pillows/blankets for the pull out couch We Visit orange beach every single year and this was the worst experience ever!! Got a text from Customer service stating that they strive for 5 star — but they are AWFUL & are rated in the negatives

Great pool and beach access

Well laid out condo giving ample space for family of four ( adult children) . Nice decore, beds fine, kitchen stocked for needs. Berber carpet a bit outdated and worn especially at back door which is a high traffic area but it’s a beach place. Patio is great and used box fan to bring in beach air/wind for cooling. Use box fan in main bedroom as slightly warmer than other rooms too. The ground floor worked GREAT to walk out the door to pool and short walk to beach. We were there pre-season before crowds so never more than one group at pool to invade our ground level privacy. No privacy if in-season as the condo is in the middle of complex and folks at pool can easily see in condo. Condo has nice plantation shutters. WiFi worked well allowing adult daughter to work virtually. Check out is strict at 10 am. We hung by pool until our afternoon flight and rinsed off in beach/pool rinse off shower and changed in fitness bathroom ( no showers by fitness room or indoor pool) we used beach service for chairs and umbrellas daily. Easily walked back to condo for food, snacks, drink refills- no need to lug coolers to beach, big plus! Condo soooo easy and convenient!!! Would stay again.

The good, the bad and the ugly

Upon arrival we were a little skeptical due to some of the previous reviews. Once we arrived we were greeted with a beautiful ocean view BUT the patio door handle was broke so we were unable to enjoy it. After we unpacked we contacted maintenance to inform them of the door issue. When he came into our vrbo to inspect the door he reeked of alcohol. He mentioned that he wasn't going to be able to fix it and he had many excuses for why. We went over ideas for the door and it wasn't until my boyfriend started to fix it himself that the maintenance man pulled out his tools and started working on it. Then after we made it work because they couldn't fix it we noticed the dishwasher didn't work and the dryer door wouldn't stay shut! It was one thing after another. We contacted the property manager to express our concerns but nothing was resolved. Our visit went okay but I would hope the owners/property management will fix these issues before other families waste their vacation time dealing with these inconveniences. There were a few other issues but the BIGGEST thing was their security who was super creepy and made all of us uncomfortable but also the condo was dirty! I really hope it was pudding on the wall and not blood but we found all sorts of treasures from other renters. Trash, toys and even personal products. So other than ALL these other issues our stay went well. The BEST thing about this condo is the location! We loved being able to use the gate from our patio and the view.

Do not stay here

The day we checked in first the sliding door handle broke!! I noticed everyone’s feet were nasty!! So I got out the vacuum and it didn’t work!! Had an ancient vacuum bag in it that had been ducked together!! So I then swept the carpet with a broom, swept all the tile and then mopped every room. Cleaning the baseboards as I mopped. They said maintenance would come fix the door. Well they did at about 9:30 pm and everyone was in bed asleep and pounded n pounded in the door!! The very next day the handle broke again! Again they returned n put more screws n bolts on it . He said he would return with a new handle. The next day he did. The first try to pull the door closed it popped in half!! So the next day a door guy came n said it couldn’t be fixed. We spent most of our vacation going thru my son’s family bedroom to go out to pool or beach. The security was constantly telling we couldn’t do this you can’t do that, a never ending gripping company!!! The carpet is filthy. We had to spread blankets for the toddler to play on. The poor condo has been terribly abused or no care by owners to take care of the place. The pictures must be several years old! Furniture is nasty n desperately needs replacing in living room and deck. I will go farther south from now on!! Never again will we go to Orange Beach!!!!!!

Cozy place

This condo was a cozy place for us to stay. The balcony overlooking the water was great, we spent a lot of time out there. The place was pretty clean, could use a little freshening up, but served its purpose for us. We would stay again.

Property was clean, had all the amenities we needed(except soap in bathrooms, and extra dishwasher pods; we just bought our own). Liked first floor access. Quick pool and beach access. Perfect for Families

SO close to the beach and the pools, with a gorgeous view! Everything was very clean. Kitchen was stocked with every pot, pan, dish, utensil, can opener, etc. you could ever need. The couch and area rug and carpet were badly stained and need to be replaced, but they were clean. Walls need to be repainted. BUT, we had our small grandchildren with us, so we didn't mind that. It is close to everything. We hope to stay there again next time we go.
